Booked this hotel for spring break with my two kids. The price was worth it the hotel is beautiful and breakfast was very good. In a great location in the sense it’s not in a super busy area but not far from great lakes crossings and other popular attractions. We used the pool twice while we were there very clean pool area. The second night staff was all about regulating who was able to be in the pool which was helpful because soo many kids where in there. As far as the room goes, at first glance it seemed really clean besides a fork and hair clip under the bed, crumbs in the corners and webs in the corner of the bathroom floor just makes you question what’s actually done. But overall stay very enjoyable.

Room was certainly big enough, with appliances all in working order. Fitness center equipment functional and well-maintained. Front desk was great with pointing out where to buy groceries and other things. the cleaning staff left their supplies in my room and did not come back for them and seemed slow to clean up room-service plates and dishes left out the doors on my hallway.

Cleaning staff left their supplies in my room and did not come back for them and also seemed slow to clean up room-service plates and dishes left outside the doors on my hallway. It would have been nice if Waffles were available for breakfast the weekends :(

Breakfast is something we lobe in a stay!!! The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic! The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. I missed happy hour, but it looked like it would have been great. I love the layout, you can see everything from the elevator and the balcony of your floor. Our room was huge! The bathroom seemed to be a room of it's own, then we had two actual rooms. I really enjoyed our stay, and I woukd prefer Embassy suites every time we travel if nearby. We went to Legoland and sea life aquarium, I woukd have liked the hotel to be closer to those, but the drive wasn't terrible. Worth it for that hotel though.

The pool area. The chlorine was SO intense. The water was cloudy and my eyes burned the minute I walked in. We all still enjoyed ourselves for awhile. But it was a bummer to be like that. It also may have just been the day we were there. Either way, it would most definitely not be enough for us to not go back!

The morning breakfast was good. The lobby and common areas like around the bar were really nice. The pool and fitness areas were adequate. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious.

The sound of the noisy elevators going up. Kinda hard to talk amongst ourselves in the common area with the sound of the elevators going up. Lol The climate control system in our room didnt seem like it was working properly. I tried to turn on the heat a bit to warm up the room and I got nothing but cool air.

Nice location that’s a fairly close drive to the outlet mall. My kids loved the glass elevator, the room was big and perfect for a family with small kids. They offered free made to order breakfast and also a happy hour with two free drinks at the bar.

There was a couple large parties with kids having a birthday party, they were loud and disruptive around the hotel. We brought our kids to the pool and it quickly filled up with over 15 kids who werent being supervised and were screaming loudly so my toddlers were scared and couldn’t enjoy the swim.

An easy check in and a clean comfortable room. The hotel staff were all very nice.

Breakfast was disappointing as they had run out of fruit and yoghurt and even ordinary tea bags. This was, they said due to the weekend guests using everything up and there not being a delivery on a Sunday. So it seems that it would be best not to book an embassy suites for a stay on Sundays.

I liked that the room is a suite, so the bedroom is in its own separate space. Also, the room was quiet and I didn’t hear other guests opening and closing their doors or walking in the hallways

It is outdated, and the bathroom needs a lot of work. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well. I didn’t like that housekeeping knocked on my door at 7:50am to ask when I would be leaving.

Friendly staff, pool area was clean, breakfast was a bigger selection than expected.

The few bugs I killed in the room and the kids that kept hitting hockey balls/rubber pucks at my door and down the hallway very late at night. They also took over a huge part of another hallway and not paying attention, hit my daughter with a rubber ball really hard. Yes, kids can have fun, but parents need to be a little more aware and control them in certain environments. Next time, definitely ask if any sports teams will be staying in this hotel. Staff took care of it and them.

The room was nice, the hotel is very nice, lots of options for breakfast.

The amenities were sub par. There were pieces I'm assuming from the pool in the bottom that I stepped on and the hot tub was awful. Jets don't work properly and temperature was not that hot.

This hotel is in a good location. We recieved two free complimentary drinks and continental breakfast. Large lobby area to lounge and relax. I had a king suite room which was nice and spacious. There was only one working elevator the other one was broken which was a minor inconvenience being as there was a large event going on and it was crowded. I tried to use the stairs but it looked like it was emergency exit only so waited for the elevator instead. Overall had a good stay.
