The location is great. The decor is very up to date.

There was a tax for simply being part of the Great Lakes Shopping Mall. It's affordable, but really? There's also plastic over new carpet in the lobby. By the look of the plastic, it's been there a long time, so perhaps it could be removed? There's a Covid warning on the lobby doors asking us to stay 6 feet apart. These are little things, but little things matter. I was on vacation in a lovely hotel. It could have been amazing. Let's hope the plastic is removed soon!

Clean and comfortable

Not a lot of room near/around the pool. A few families with their young ones swimming filled the area and there was not a lot of space to get around or to lay your stuff down. Three rowdy teens came in and all the families left because they were playing dangerously taking up all of the space. Not necessarily the hotel's fault but it felt unsafe for the rest of us as we had nowhere to get out of the way.

Property was very good.

Was given a room next to the breakfast prep room so it was loud. Only room left because Booking.com didn’t fulfill my reservation with Hampton Inn and paid more than $100 more for the last room available.

Newly renovated so everything was clean and modern. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Location is perfection.

Only thing missing at the hotel was a jucczi in the pool area. Would have made this trip perfect but not a deal breaker.

We All enjoyed the breakfast, the Food didn't taste like it had been frozen. The lady who was working the buffet was very Good and made sure everything was fresh and clean! Even the coffee was pretty good!

Wish they had a hot tub.

Nice workout room but peloton bike would not connect to network. Plenty of sidewalks and the mall opens at 8am for walkers.

Remodeling - doors had too much paint and were very hard to open and close, hopefully they fix it...

Clean! Excellent location! Well appointed room. Front desk people were awesome!

Breakfast. While the area was well staffed and clean, the food was lacking in taste. Needed more towels and wash cloths.

The facility was very clean and appealing. The location was great and the breakfast had a pretty good variety. The staff was friendly and informative and the noise level was minimum!

The beds were not very comfortable. We all woke up kind of sore from how hard they were. The breakfast was a bit cold even when in the hot plates.

The manager gave my son snacks at the front counter once he found out it was his birthday, and my son was so happy. He kept asking to go back to talk to him! Very friendly staff and clean hotel.

Location was great, easy to find. The room was nice, but it was damp in the room and the carpet was damp. Overall had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.
