Brand new hotel. Everything was in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly, service oriented, and excellent to work with. Room itself was brand new, everything was very clean. One of the bed pillows had a small lipstick stain on it. I'm sure it was washed; the small stain just didnt come all the way out. Staff were very apologetic and got us a replacement right away. Bed was comfortable. Excellent and very clean inside and outside public spaces. Excelleent overall stay.

We stayed at the hotel because it was close to Pince Knob for a concert, which it was, but there was lots and lots of traffic congestion in this area. Nothing the hotel can do about that, but that was the only negative.

Everything was AMAZING from checking in to checking out. Super CLEAN hotel too I was very impressed! Our room was so beautiful, had a full kitchen and very nice tableware/utensil’s provided. The pool was exceptionally clean and warm; made up for not having a hot tub/whirlpool. The workout room looked very nice with more than decent equipment, although I did not use the room. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They let me have an early check-in and late check out free of charge. I would absolutely stay here again! It was overall a pleasant stay.

The coffee was awful lol seriously. The front desk lady “Amy” was so kind she went out of her way to get me some coffee in the back since I missed breakfast. It was still yucky LOL. The pool area echos; amplifying every child’s scream and high pitch squeal LOL it was migraine worthy.

This hotel was by far one of the best ones we've stayed at. It was clean, staff was super friendly (I told the front desk guy, Kyle that we were surprising our daughter with the Halsey concert and that she thought we were in town for an art festival instead. He told the people who came in behind us to be quiet since they were going too, so they wouldn't ruin the surprise for our daughter. That alone made my heart smile that he did that to keep the surprise a secret 🥰 so Thanks again Kyle!! ) The room was super nice. Had a kitchen with a stove top full sized fridge, island, utensils, microwave, pots and pans, coffee maker. Had a living room that was spacious and a seperate room for the beds. Bathroom was big, room was a very comfortable size for 3 adults and 1 kid. The pool was soooo WARM! It was like one big heated pool. We would definitely stay again if we are in this area. It was only 13 mins from the Pine Knob Music Center. So many shopping centers, restaurants and things to do.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was the size of a small apartment. Very clean, bed was comfortable, the blinds were black out style, the staff was very accommodating. There was a hockey tournament going on in town so that meant lots of families and children. Staff ensured we were in a wing of the hotel to eliminate noise and ensured we had a quiet restful stay. It’s very close to the Great Lakes Crossing mall and numerous restaurants. We have told family and friends this is the place to stay.

There is some problem with the housekeeping. We did not get our room cleaned for almost 4 days which was a problem as we are with 2 kids. We asked at the reception but somehow we did not get a clear explanation why. The hotel says daily housekeeping in their description. Pillows did smell a bit unclean.

Immediately when checking in lady at counter was very welcoming. We had the king bed with small kitchenette with sofa sleeper. Room is designed amazing and was so thought out. Cleanliness was top notch didn't feel at all uneasy about staying here. Been at other hotels where you don't even want to shower or get into the bed. Top it off location was a 10/10 to drive to Pine Knob and also in the heart of shopping and restaurants!

The staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast had a lot of choices and it had a bar and kitchen for dinner.

I booked the room through the booking.com App & I chose the room that said it had 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. I was disappointed that we didn't have 2 separate bedrooms but received the standard 2 queen beds next to eachother. Even though I was a bit let down, the room was very spacious with a lovely sectional couch, beautiful kitchen and island. I'm not sure if it was an error from the app or with the hotel?

Breakfast was over by the time we got up. sometimes 9am its nice to sleep in when you get to get away for a night. SO Friday could of been extended to 10am. But everything was clean.

The quiet room did not work. we had to turn our tv on in the middle of the night because there were people having intercourse for quite some time. Sounded like they were in the next room. That was not wonderful for us.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. We were in town for a concert at Pine Knob. The place is so warm and welcoming. I specifically chose this place because of the high ratings online. The check in process was smooth, and the staff made us feel very comfortable. Very easy to navigate and find, located near lots of food/gas which was helpful. Felt very secure and peaceful at night.

The staff was wonderful. Incredibly helpful and polite! The hotel was very clean, and the room was perfect. Exactly as pictured. Larger than we expected.

Our only dislike was the shower heads. They are more of a rainfall and we felt they lacked good pressure.
