The staff and other customers were friendly. I came here because it was pet-friendly, and it was.

The remote did not work for the TV, but the woman at the front desk gave me another one, and it did not work either. She did offer to have the maintenance guy come up and take a look, but I did not find it necessary. I could still get to the TV guide. Besides, I have seen everything on TV.

This hotel is awesome for the price. The night crew (aka Christian.. lol 😉) is absolutely phenomenal! He is a true gem. He is so helpful, comforting, and such a nice gentleman. He is the main reason we keep returning! He worked to accommodate us in every way possible. We could easily go to a "5 star hotel' and spend 200+ bucks for our "getaways" - but ever since we met him- we just feel so comfortable each time we return. Thanks for always being so amazing Christian! You truly are a rockstar ! 😎

The only downfall is the ice machines don't work. You can easily go to the front desk though and they will give you a bag of ice. Just have to walk a little more 😉

It was very cheap and very nice for the price! We got a jacuzzi tub in our room that we only paid 60 some dollars for. The pool was huge and it had a nice sauna. The lobby is very cutely decorated.

There was a certain stairwell that was so wet, the carpet was so soaked it was like I stepped in a puddle and it was very dim in there and in the pool room, there was no comforter only sheets and the pillows were very tiny

Its was nice. But the best thing about it was the staff. The girl at the front desk with the tattoos. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. She is a absolute angel. Im thinking of staying again tonight.

Close to home and good price.

I called multiple times to inquire about late check in and nobody answered. so I then had to leave work to check in to make sure my reservation wasn’t given away. while we were there, there was a knock on our door and when I looked out the peep hole, there were cops walking around the hall. when my girlfriend tried calling from the room to the front desk MULTIPLE times and no answer AGAIN! We also got a knock from housekeeping at 10/10:30qm trying to clean the room when our check out was 12pm. When we did leave the room a short time later, someone was at the front desk

Beautiful Lobby, Spacious Rooms, Loved the Jacuzzi, Big Pool was a plus, Quit location even though in a major Main Street.

Kind of hard to notice, especially during high traffic times. Our room only has the dead bolt, no extra locking like other places.

The place was very clean and nice.

Our TV however didn't work when we called down she said they'll be up in a few to fix it. Had to go down again to talk to them to have someone come fix it. When they came up they said sorry there's nothing we can do about it. Then the front desk girl said I'll offer a discount for your booking and never did

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and always available to assist me with anyone of my needs or questions during my stay. Rooms were very clean, bigger then a lot of standard rooms and the bathroom was a good size as well and the Jacuzzi tub was beyond expectations. A quiet relaxing hotel.

There was nothing I did not like.

Having a microwave and refrigerator in every room. Also asked for a specific room and they had it for me.

The hallways always smelled like weed and there was a lot of negative things happening out the back smoking entrance in the parking lot. Not sure if anyone out there were even guests.

The Starr were extremely nice, beds are comfortable, nice big bathtub with jets in every room, the pool is nice and clean, the hotel is pretty clean for the most part.
