Location was kinda bad , we got lost coming back from ihop after checking in ! Gps took me to 2 different hotels before finding the right one . No microwave an we had a king room . Was questioned about my service dog even after I told them at reservation an at the hotel ! I wasn’t happy about that ! Couldn’t find front desk clerk when we needed assistance! At one point I waited at front desk 10 mins kept ringing bell and calling a she was nowhere to be found ! Swimming pools was dirty and smelled strong in there a they were they cold ! To much salt water /chlorine in it etc !

Really nothing, knowing it was a big weekend with cheer comps being down there. Other than a complaint of noise because my granddaughter who is autistic dropped her tablet and son pick it up and she has a moment of tears. But other than that it was great

The breakfast was good and plentiful. Very clean and good selection for that type of facility. They cleared the snow right away.

People in the room upstairs and next door were very noisy late at night. Called the front desk and they handled it.

The hotel was VERY CLEAN. Our room was spotless, the hotel uses all Dove products - shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Dove products for lotion and hand soap. No “no name/off brands” here. The breakfast bar was excellent - biscuits and gravy, cheese Omelettes, sausage links, bacon, toast, breakfast pasteries , bagels, juice, coffee, milk, just everything!!! I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Very relaxing experience.

every day were running out of hot water for the tea in the eating area. Had to ask the person at the counter multiple times to refill it. Why don't you have a BIGER thing for hot water or connect it to the water line permanently?

I liked the easy check in, the friendly staff, breakfast was good, the rooms were great, nice and spacious, the bed very comfortable, the room clean and the shower pressure great for a nice relaxing stay. And staff accommodated a special request, which is very much appreciated

Very minor, my key card did not work, but I got another and there were no problems going forward so overall I was very happy.

My son and I had a wonderful time. The hotel met my expectations and we felt welcomed and safe. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. The only issue i had were the geese walking around pooping all over.

I love the check in process the bed and shower The bath products!! Dove is amazing! It was quiet and breakfast was decent!

No non pork meat options for breakfast, smelled like chlorine in the hall and like the ice machine area smelled like mold a bit!

Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Common n areas kept up nicely. I would have rated higher but there was not a customer laundry.
