The staff was absolutely wonderful, the hot break morning was definitely a plus and good. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and i look forward to staying again....

I notice even though I left the sleep, do not disturb hanging on the outside door. Someone was entering the room anyway, which felt a little creepe. None of my things were bothered and they did replace the towels with clean ones, and with that being said, if the sign says do not disturb then that should be honored. Overall it's gets high ratings from me. Keep up the good work.

Basically everything. The Room,Bed, Bath,The Cleanliness of the Hotel, The Staff(A vida' Young lady by the name of Criss)not quite sure of her name spelling) I so enjoyed talking to her, she has the greatest spirit. Her aura should be bottled, God has Blessed her truly so. The Area, The Restaurants in general the people, were all good. We truly enjoyed our stay so. And will most definitely be back so. LOL (Sam the man?)😑

We had late check out 12:30p, and for some reason signals must have gotten crossed, because the maids kept coming an knocking at the door(3 times),waking us up. We had to constantly tell them we have late check out. We have a long drive back so. Ughhhh 😌That is ALL!

I liked the fact that when we arrived to the facility the staff were very welcoming and friendly!

The only reason as to why I did not give an excellent rating is because on the 3 night the front desk attendant was extremely rude and did nothing to accommodate me when I had an issue with one of their vending machines. When I asked him a question he simply looked at me and said nothing. Employees like that will make the stay very uncomfortable and will likely be the reason as to why you will lose customers!!!

It was easy to get to, we felt safe at all points. The breakfast was nice, and the hours offered were convenient.

One of our washcloths had a deep brown stain on it, which was probably a makeup stain from a previous renter but it made it feel a little less clean. We found a pill at the foot of one of the beds that did not belong to us. That was concerning, I don't know what it was, I just picked it up and threw it away, but if it had been controlled and taken by my son it could have gone poorly.

Average hotel breakfast as far as taste, buffet style, well stocked i.e. some hotels run out of plastic flatware, not the case here. Tables were kept wiped down. I would like to have seen more fresh fruit on the buffet.

If you aren't eligible for special hotel rates, fees can get pretty pricey. Most Hampton Inn's will include bottled water throughout your stay. Not this location. You get one bottle of water at check-in. That was most disappointing, especially when the rates are as high as they are for this location. what's a bottle of water for your guest every day?

I didn't get to eat. Headed to hospital for an outpatient procedure. My daughter said it was fine, standard for the motels we stay in.

A few little slip-ups with the cleaning a rubber ball and a gold fish cracker on the floor by one bed. The top sheet was tucked in to the top of the mattress so far that at first we didn't think there was one and there was no hair dryer. Getting the wi-fi password was a bit of a nuisance

The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. Just used the room overnight as place to sleep and it was fine. I did not indulge in the free breakfast but it looked decent with plenty of food for all tastes.

The remote was difficult to use. There was no mini-bar. The shower floor was slippery although there were safety rails. The room overlooked a parking lot but since I was not there for the view, I did not mind.

The staff were very helpful and the beds were comfortable.

Leaving for airport at 3:30am and you have coffee available but it is barely warm. No microwave available to warm coffee in lobby area and we had already turned in room keys. Don't offer lukewarm coffee.

Love the breakfast, and the coffee available 24 hours. The pool is small but fine. The location was perfect for us. Wish there was a hot tub. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, which is why we choose this location when we visit the area.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. Nice pool area and workout room. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold items was offered. They were out of waffles and the cook made some more just for me. I really appreciate it. Awesome staff, above and beyond my expectations.

Due to having a bad night I requested a room by the elevators or one with not far to walk. However, my room was a little further than I liked. It ended up being on the 3rd floor and the last one at the end of the hall. Also, the toilets could be a little taller. Other than that everything was perfect.
