Clean room... not far from elevators... Very helpful staff... I inadvertently left my bluetooth speaker in the room and Deidra called me before I got on the highway to tell me... I appreciated that!

There were no towels in the bathroom and we had to wait quite awhile before they became available... And I had to personally go down to the front desk to get them...

Everybody was very helpful and friendly. The food served at the restaurant for dinner is very good as well. Check-in and checkout were fast, we did not have any problems at all.

The fitness area and the pool were quite small. We went in the pool on our first day, it felt stuffy even though there were just about 7-10 people. We decided to leave after some time.

Bed

Very noisy, the maids slam doors all day long, it's insane. They could use door stops while cleaning the rooms and I asked for clean bath towels for hours, I had to ask more than 3 times to receive them.

The front desk staff were super helpful. I came down late for breakfast and the front desk agent asked the chef for some pastries for me and my kids. I really appreciated that. Because i was on vacation I assumed it was the weekend and thought we had more time to go down for breakfast. My son was very happy

I did not like that the phones were down and housekeeping never refreshed my room no matter how many times i put the request in

The staff was pleasant

It was okay, you guys can’t control the noise but the last two nights were horrible with noise from another room in and out the room all night with a bunch of kids. I was not happy at all

One of my best hotel experiences this year. Rarely would I say I have a perfect experience at a hotel... but this was great. Very comfortable bed/room. Excellent included breakfast which was served until 10:00 am and a generous checkout time of 12:00. We worked super late the night before... so it was nice not to have to rush out of the hotel in the morning.

We staying at a time when there were dozens of kids in both the pool and hot tub. It left the hot tub extremely dirty to the point no other adult wanted to sit in it for the remainder of the night.

The location is amazing. It’s literally across the street from the nicest mall and casino.

The pool was really nice and clean. My room was clean and the staff was very nice.

The staff was amazing ms.piper handled us with so much care upon booking and every staff member I’ve encountered after her was exactly the same

The pool was pretty crowded with kids but on the brighter side it’s adult swim from 10pm-midnight

Breakfast was not included, therefore we did not eat at the hotel.

The bed was clean: however, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Each morning my back, hips and shoulders were painful and sore.
