The breakfast was amazing love the options available for us to choose from to eat. Most of the staff was great I love the upgrades in the facility I will for sure be back to this location I've loved coming to this location every year for the last few I recommend this one to family who've checked in and said the same thing great place 2 thumbs up for me

Needs to be a little bit cleaner staff may have been tired this go round but for the most part it's usually pretty clean in the room

The staff was awesome, friendly, Decent room, well stocked w/towels. Refrigerator worked(very cold). A lot of restaurants in the area, good food.

The phones didn't work(Dangerous situation)(sim,we know after calling on mi cell @ least 6 various times, throughout the night, no one answered the phone, and when someone did finally answer(John)what a pleasant voice and demeanor, he explained everything(renovating parts of the hotel,lines are being worked on so). And still weren't working after we checked out.

Didn't come off nice at 1st but when I was like I understand Ma'am if the room isn't ready I can wait it's not a big deal she changed her attitude real fast because I knew I was checking in Early like 45 mins or so. Turned put to be a very nice place with Noce workers in all ends from front desk to manager to house keeping. Thanks again all.

Desk staff was nice. Some of the maids were friendly. My room never got cleaned when I asked the maid to come back in 15 minutes but other than that the hotel was fine.

Some of the guest were obnoxious. Kids running all around, shouting matches, etc. Two police squad cars were there the day before I left.

Clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff, and great amenities such as the pool, concessions & breakfast buffet. The rooms were spacious and had lots of seating, counter space, and outlets. If I ever have to travel to this area again, I know where to stay.

The facility and rooms were clean. Its also in a really good location.

The people in the lobby were really loud. It sounded like they were having a party down there till 3 a.m. in the morning when I finally fail asleep from the big back running across the floor upstairs.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and there were amazing touches such as lemon water available at all times that made our stay feel so welcoming. The food was amazing, the coffee was made available throughout the day and the beds were extremely comfortable. The extras in the room were also incredible. We really enjoyed having a microwave and a refrigerator. It seemed as though the hotel was definitely made for people who needed long-term places to stay such as on projects because of all the extras.

We were disappointed that the bathroom smelled strongly of smoke. We did complain about it so they were aware but I did not notice anything done to remedy the smell. The toilet also did not look clean in parts (it looked like smoke had discolored part of the toilet) and the pool was very cloudy and did not look clean so we skipped it. It was listed as a non-smoking hotel but most definitely did not appear to be enforcing that rule. Those are easy things to remedy. The bedding and towels were very clean and the location was perfect for us. I think we would stay there again, but we would probably check the room first to be sure it didn't smell of smoke.

I loved the proximity to the event we were attending. The staff was gracious and helpful. We were on the first floor and that made things really easy as I was traveling with children. There was a pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. The breakfast was great too! Overall we had a great time.

We love the location it's off the freeway and central to our family and friends who live in and around Detroit. free breakfast is always a good thing and staff is always friendly. We've stayed here like 4 or 5 times now

The pool area wasn't available I know they are doing renovations so hopefully it'll be available next visit

The location. Cleanliness. First time staying @ a Comfort Inn & Suites would prolly stay again. The rooms were very nice & a good size!! Liked having a little sink area with the fridge & microwave!

The pillows were very thin. The quality of the breakfast could of been a little better. But still descent.
