We had breakfast included with our booking rate. It was a great selection of hot options. We got the French toast with strawberries and the standard breakfast meal - eggs, bacon, potatoes with toast. It comes with juice or coffee. They give you a breakfast card if your meal is included in your rate, if not, it's about $10-20/pp. The bed was very comfy, and the television showed some good movies. I love that they have adult pool hours. The employees were pleasant.

We did not have any soap in the refillable body wash dispenser. We ended up just getting 1 bar from a nice housekeeper. I would suggest including more than one bar of soap in the room and having a full soap dispenser.

It was a convenient location for when we went to a concert at Ford Field. It was cheaper than staying downtown and was nice. We were on the first floor, and when we got there the slider door wasn’t fully locked and closed, so I’m glad I checked that. But other than that, it was a comfy bed, clean bathroom. I would book a stay again.

Only downside was at 3a, we heard a slider door slam open and someone stated vomiting. The slam was so hard, it seemed like someone was coming into our room. Not a very pleasant wake up.

I realize it's a older building but they really need another elevator on the other side or more baggage carts to help with people's bags.

They really need a microwave on every floor, they really need to upgrade their toilet seat it's really really low to the ground and really hard to use

The carpet really looks bad, especially near the elevator and the rooms need to be cleaned. The restaurant area hours could have posted or announced

I liked the convenience of the location, privacy, and turn around time for staff to respond to requests.

I didn’t like that the paper on the ceiling was peeling. I also didn’t like waiting on service at the Starbucks and having to walk away because no one showed up or even showed concern.

The room and facility was very clean

Someone was knocking on the door of one of the rooms at 4:30 am.... Then they started kicking the door. It woke my husband and myself up... It was very alarming. My husband called the front desk and alerted them about the situation.

Staff at check in was very friendly and gave info about resturant and pool. Room was clean and the hotel was quiet

Nothing. I wish I could have parked near the elevator but there was construction on that side of the building

My booking didn’t include breakfast. My friends said it was good enough for them.

I don’t like the fact that the rooms are not cleaned unless you ask. In our countey we are used to daily cleaning of hotel rooms.

Disappointed complimentary breakfast not offered as advertised. Maintenance staff responded immediately to address slow draining sink. Front desk staff accommodated our request for room change due to unable to close darkening drapes in first assigned. Front desk staff very professional and attentive to guest needs.
