I had an emergency situation and needed to stay in a hotel. The staff was very comforting and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable! When I got here my room wasn't clean the young lady at the front desk came in and helped tidy up my room. The manager, Jason as well as Melva, front desk staff went above and beyond!.
When I came here my hotel room was not been cleaned. The floor was dirty there was still garbage in the garbage cans from the last guest. Corianna who worked at the front desk that evening had to come up here to help clean my room. She apologized took out the garbage and help straighten my room of that evening. She truly went above and beyond!

As I mentioned before Jason and the entire front desk staff were very accommodating! Since I wasn't familiar with the area they were kind enough to let me know where everything was within walking distance so I didn't have to drive around.
The price kept going up.

All of the front desk staff I encountered were great. Julia was especially helpful to us when we had an issue with our room.
There were a lot of contractor trucks in the parking lot, so parking wasn't as available as if they weren't there.

the staff has attitudes. they will be rude or very standoffish towards me but super nice and friendly, too friendly towards my husband. it's very rude and disrespectful.

The location and the amenities. Room was clean. Good value for the money.
There was a whole in the shower. The people upstairs from me were so loud I had to call 911.
