Everything was perfect, it was very nice, clean and very roomy. I would come back to this hotel. Had no issues with the room or anything.

Having a call from the desk cause someone had to complain. When we didn’t even do anything. Can’t even lay in the bed and watch tv without the next door people complaining but yet the complainers can be really loud

Loved the breakfast options. Coffee always available, location perfect. The staff was kind. Helpful and always available. Clean facility. Would stay again.

The door on the bathroom in the room swung around, the shade on the window was broken.

I came in contact with the morning afternoon and the graveyard shift and each young lady had a bit of an altitude that I did not care for and the fact that I work in the service industry makes it that much worse I truly believe in treating everyone with kindness and politeness because you never know who you're speaking to and you never know what people are going through the type of day they had and why they are visiting your establishment to begin with

Breakfast here is awful!! They never gave bananas only some scary looking apples. Never do they have bacon. No pastries, donuts.

Bacon bacon bacon and some donut / danish choices along with bananas. Bananas should be offered every morning.

It was clean, friendly staff.

Probably it is not about this specific property, but it would be nice if breakfast had more variety. Holiday Inn never provides any fruits and vegetables for breakfast, unfortunately.

The bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't stay on track nor did it fully cover the door opening and didn't have a handle to easily open and close

It was a clean, modern room. The bed was comfortable. There were eggs and sausage for what I thought was cold breakfast. It was close to where I needed to go. The staff was friendly.

It didn’t seem possible to adjust the heat in my room. Pushing buttons on the control panel did nothing. It wasn’t a big deal, so I decided not to bother the front desk about it.

Rules were a bit much for children staying. I understand the controlling the noise level but walls were thin I heard couples and I rather hear kids playing

the queen suite was good - the beds were comfortable. The breakfast we good and the coffee was hot!!!

We arrived later in the evening and the woman working the desk gave us the wrong room number - not our room at all and when i went down to figure out the issue she explained that she "was tired" and read the number wrong and said "thank goodness nobody else was in that room - i booked you in the correct room and gave you the wrong keys".... so we needed to switch rooms and hope she didnt give our room keys to anyone else that night. Not a great way to start the night!

Quiet area, clean hotel, nice staff

Fruits. That is not a deal breaker for me but the oranges were from 1977 (the hotels should stop serving oranges "or" supply a real knife. I don't know how do they expect us to peel them with plastic knives. The apples were such waxed that we could not remove the wax no matter what.
