The breakfast was good and the location was perfect since it was only 5 minutes from the family member that I was visiting.

Strangely, there was no towel rack in the bathroom. The one window in the room was cloudy like it had been coated with something that had partially worn off which spoiled the view of the tree tops outside. The room seemed hot and stuffy for my taste. Turning on the AC helped during the day but it was too noisy to leave it running all night. Lastly, my first morning there Fox News on the tv ( with the volume up) drove me out of the lobby.

Everything, easy check in and check out. We were never awake for the breakfast as it was at 6am but that wasn't a problem for us. Lovely and clean and the cleaners were all nice. Front reception were lovely too all in all a great stay. Would stay again

Good value for the price. Obviously, this is not a top tier hotel, however; I was presently surprised by how clean the place was (not a single bug!). The staff was always helpful and friendly. We were there for over a month for work and anytime I needed something - all the staff made sure it was available. The exterior to the hotel was a bit rough looking, so I was skeptical walking in but the interior was more than I was hoping for. My biggest fear in a hotel are bugs (of any kind...). I never saw one and trust me, I looked at every inch before I unpacked.

One of the exterior doors did not work, so we could not enter near our room and had to carry work items half way across the hotel/wait for elevators - Not that big of deal, just a pain.

Breakfast looked good. Didn't have a chance to grab anything. Bed was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact the building was in a set back location away from the road. Good spot away from the highway so it's quieter. Friendly staff. Extremely clean room.

I wish the currents would close fully like dark blackout curtains. I had a light coming in and could've slept better with that but it is not a deal breaker.

I was impressed that a full breakfast was available. My only regret was there was no orange juice.

Actually, my only negative experience was the agent at the desk when I was checking out. My bill wasn't ready , and as it was taking a while for her to find it, I asked if I could leave my luggage in the lobby so that I could get my car while she was searching for the bill. I mentioned also that I was pressed for time, but her attitude was dismissive. Rather than indicating that it was all right, she indicated agitation and said, "I'll get your bill in a minute." That turned me off since she didn't have it and I had indicated that I was under time constraints and had to clean the snow off my car.

The breakfast had a wide selection. It was clean. Staff present so if I needed anything glad they were there Housekeeping was very friendly, helpful and kept things very tidy

My key card stopped working after the first day. Annoying to get it reactivated. Had to get let in to weight room. Missing a 10 pound weight and both 15 pound weights

Convenient for our trip. Property looked cared for. Room was 9/10 clean. Staff were 10/10 friendly and helpful.

Shower did not appear clean. Bathroom sink had slow draining; eventually drained. This was reported to staff upon check out. It was a very brief stay; had we planned to stay longer I would have had bathroom issues addressed at once.

The breakfast was good, good variety; the beds were comfortable; the staff was helpful-initially the TV in the assigned room didn’t work and the phone was missing a cord! I was able to find a housekeeper who came to check out the TV unsuccessfully but a visit to the front desk resulted in a room change without difficulty.

Room faced street, so a little noisy. And street cleaner started cleaning behind Inn on Sunday morning at 6:30 AM. Probably to get rid of all the dust created by the stone pit right in front of the Inn. What a location for Inn and pit. My car was covered in dust.

The staff came by every day to make sure we had everything

The safe didn't have a key and they didn't have a spare one so we couldn't use it. Also the fridge didn't work well and there was a bottle left in it.
