It was amazing. I have never stayed in this hotel before and everything was great the staff and everything. I will go back if I need another hotel room and maybe I can get the same room. I'm use to having a room with two beds but I got a room that only had one bed instead of two beds

The coffee pot wasn't plugged in and the bottle of water was $8.00 in the room. The other thing that I didn't like was that the room was freezing 🥶 like the winter time and I couldn't really sleep that well cause I was trying to stay warm even after I turned off the air conditioner. I have to sleep in warmer temps for the sake of my body so it doesn't hurt and I can move around.

It was our first visit. We came for a wedding in the hotel. We enjoyed it very much the bed was very comfortable & the room, spacious. We will stay again.

While I was in the bathroom, someone tapped lightly on the door with keys or something like that. I couldn’t tell if it was a real knock or just noise but I did go to the door just as someone used their key to let themselves into our room. He said he was maintenance there to replace a filter (he did have the filter in his hands). He stated he thought the room was unoccupied & he was sorry. I was fully clothed but I didn’t appreciate the intrusion. Staff needs to be completely sure the room is empty before they come in.

I thought the room was very clean and looked very nice. The hot water was the perfect temperature for me and I liked the view. I felt comfortable being there and felt very secure knowing I was less than 10 minutes from my destination. The right soap was available and overall I felt comfortable in the hotel room.

The biggest drawback to the stay was that there was no complimentary breakfast, though I was told there would be.

The staff were all friendly and it was an an excellent location.

The housekeeping could be better the in house amenities ran out and when asked for replacement they took the empty body wash but didn’t bring any back and blamed on that didn’t speak English. One day the housekeeping didn’t clean the room or bring towels and had to ask for towels to be brought to room. There were sticky spots on carpet and shoes stick to the carpet in that area.

The bed was great. The spaciousness of the room. The rain shower was amazing.

Not having a microwave to reheat coffee or leftovers from eating out. Not enough towels at the pool. For some reason when turning on the jets for the hot tub it made a high pitch sound that was unnerving so we turned off the jets, which made it unenjoyable for the hot tub.

The Room was Big, the Bed was extremely comfortable. Parking in the garage was actually Free. And the Hotel itself was really gorgeous.

I didn't like that I had to pay $300 and the room had a mildew smell when you walked in. The bathroom toilet was very slow to flush, you had to sit there and hold the handle for while it sloooooowly flushed. That Tub did NOT match that amazing Shower head (should be a walk in shower). And for $300 a night we should have at least gotten some complimentary Water bottles or something.

Close to family, the service was excellent.

Just the first room we had an odor of mildew. My sister is allergic to it so we had to get a new room. However, the staff were very kind and understanding and gave us a new room with no problems.

A very good rated Hotel with good and dry parking possibility. Very kind Staff and the breakfast was lovely.

The wireless connection in room 420 was very bad and needs to be arranged. Otherwise business on the notebook, iPad etc. is not possible. Especially for oversea customers not acceptable. Have to book extra data volume on the phone.

Clean and welcoming.

Other than the short valet parking guy who was short with his words & not very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Restaurant on the first floor, is a huge convenience when on business trips and work is the main focus. Food was delicious, and the healthy options is a pleasant surprise. Parking Garage attached to the facility was a huge convenience, especially in MI when rain can come and go.

Is Pay for Parking necessary, considering the Westin is a 4 star Hotel? There are no other perks to parking other than using the garage, and vehicle damage or theft is not the Hotels responsibility - Clearly stated on the hotel entrance from the garage. Overall, the convenience is appreciated.
