The staff was wonderful. Very friendly knowledgeable awesome. Location was great lots of interesting things nearby worked perfectly for our excursion to the tigers game.
Two things that I did not care for. I did not like the showers. Very odd only half a door and no grab bars. Being a senior it's an issue. The other thing I didn't care for was no free coffee. I understand they have a coffee shop downstairs but I did not purchase from them. It's not a budget hotel and I expected to be able to get a free cup of coffee either in my room or downstairs in the morning before I left. Other than that great stay.

I like that it was easy to get into and out of the hotel parking lot. I like that you could not hear hallway activity when in your room. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
Hooks are needed in the bathroom near the shower or at least on the back of the door. There is no coffee available outside of the small cafe located in the lobby. No breakfast options on site besides the muffin, bagel or croissant at the cafe (no meats or eggs on menu).

The rooms were clean Austin. The staff member at the desk that checked us in was super awesome and very helpful. All of the staff members were amazing.
If this place had a pool and or a hot tub it would make it the perfect destination. It's a little bit out of the city, but I think it was a good amount. However, coming back from the city at night if you're walking or biking could feel a little sketchy sometimes. Overall okay.

Honestly, I loved the style of the hotel. The rooms were small but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. My mom and I stayed for the Divisional Game & it was perfect for the two of us. The staff at the front desk were so kind too! I even loved the fact that there was humor there. For the game, they had a sign at the front desk talking smack to the commanders fans who were going to stay there, in a funny harmless way of course. Also loved that the parking was cheaper than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in that charged for parking, per night & was gated!! it was very a very welcoming stay and I will 100% stay there again . I’m big on reading reviews so I hope this finds someone well
Nothing at all! Loved this place.

The gentleman who was checking us in was very friendly and professional. I think his demeanor set the tone for our stay. He acknowledged our celebration and gave us some local recommendations. He made us feel welcomed. Robe and slippers were a nice touch. Nice outdoor space to sit in the evening.
Not necessarily a minus, but the place is a revamped motel. The furnishings were modern and simple. It's still a plus. I wish the restaurant was open as it would be convenient. The air-conditioning was loud.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Secure parking. Easy to access from main highways. Central location to access downtown core or Corktown within a 20 minute walk. Rooms were well equipped with hairdryer, iron/board and mini fridge and soaps/shampoo.
Understandably somewhat overpriced for a busy weekend in Detroit considering the 2.5-3 Star facility. Rooms having two beds for 4 adults contained two Twin sized, small beds. Some minor design flaws in rooms, particularly if traveling with another couple. No hooks in shower/toilet room to hang towels on, only outside of room where everyone has access to without a door or curtain to separate. A first world problem, but a very simple fix.

I really liked the interior and exterior design of the hotel. It was great to learn something new about Detroit’s art scene and history. Location is pretty convenient, Corktown, Downtown and Riverfront are easy to access even without a car. My room was pretty big and clean, and it seems like a great place to stay with a pet (will do it next time).
Adding a coffee machine or kettle would be a wonderful idea, especially during the colder months or when the cafe and restaurant are closed. The fridge in my room was quite noisy at night.

Super cool vibe, very quiet even during Movement weekend which was very nice. We brought our dog and there was no issues whatsoever. The staff was accommodating and kind. I had two separate reservations and they let us stay in the same room for the entirety of the trip. Close to restaurants and bars. Art was super cool, love the David Blair poem when you walk in. Oh yeah, awesome coffee too from 7am-11am at the coffee bar. It was an awesome stay and I will definitely return!

Everything went well. I only stayed one night, but I wished I could have stayed longer. I was in town for a concert at the Little Caesar's Arena and the location of this hotel was perfect along with my stay. The hallways smelled really clean and so did the room. It was super quiet in the halls, and I didn't hear a peep as I slept. It was great. I also loved the card entrance to the gate, and the entrance where I parked was really close to the elevator I had to take to my room.
The only thing that could've been better was the lighting in the parking lot on the right side of the building if you're facing the building. I parked on that side because that entrance was close to the elevator I took to my room, but it was a bit dark over there.

The T &P is the closest to downtown Detroit with a good selection of restaurants on walking distance nearby. Parking is a very reasonable 10 dollars a day, and the interior is nicely redone in a fashionable way. The only thing I missed in the room was a coffeemaker. And for seniors beware: there is no handrails or anti slip material in the bathtub
