I liked how spacious the rooms were, making it comfortable for my family and I to get around. We loved the comfort of the beds, and televisions being in both rooms. We were also really happy that the room had a microwave, and refrigerator. The location was perfect because we were in walking distance from the Huntington Center, self-parking, restaurants, and the river walk. It was also easier to gain access into Canada from the Southern end as opposed to the Northern end.

Two things I think can make a difference would be to install proper lighting in the standing shower area, and place a proper boarder to prevent water from coming out of the shower into the bathroom and corridor area.

Every employee we encountered was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have had at a hotel in recent experiences. The shower was large enough, and the showerhead was high enough to comfortably fit my 6 1/2 foot tall husband. The water pressure was great and it never ran out of hot water. Our breakfast was well made and tasty. We would definitely stay here again.

Great room, comfy beds, fantastic location

The restaurant for breakfast had awful service--tables not cleaned, took 45 minutes to get a glass of water, an hour & a half to get food--while the manager leaned against a wall with her hands in her pockets. We watched dozens of people leave without ever getting anything. The food was good, if you could get somebody to serve you. And the pillows in the rooms are terrible

The suite was spacious for my family and looked modern and tastful, and the front desk staff were nice. They greeted you with warm cookies, which were delicious.

There was virtually no one nor car on the streets. It was quite eerie to remain outside approaching nighttime. But, this was not the hotel’s fault.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious. Convenient. Nice hot water in the shower.

Room not fully cleaned. Found previous persons water and aspirin behind curtains. Tags under chair. Makes you question how clean it actually is. Difficulties setting up wifi on devices without service. Shouldn't be such an inconvenient process.

Our room was beautiful and clean. The veiw, And the location was great. We had everything in our room that we look for in a hotel the fridge and microwave are so convenient also the coffee maker.

We would have liked a complimentary breakfast. We usually only frequent hotels with this. But we decided to try this hotel.

The room setup was nice. It was quiet and clean. The lady who I spoke with as I was leaving was nice.

The attendant who checked me in didn't offer cookies. That seemed odd to me since it is such a big part of your brand, There is glass with no decals on it, and I ran right into that glass. I hit it so hard I stunned myself and I still have a headache two days later. I told them they need to put a decal on it or something. I wasn't even looking at my phone or distracted.

room size met the expectations for our family of 4, location was perfect in downtown. Valet service was reasonable price and very effective.

they didn’t recognize i’m a Hilton Honour member because i booked through a third party. They should have a mechanism to identify that.

The property was clean and quiet, especially for a downtown location. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed to feel at home.

I did not like that there was an additional fee for parking

Check in staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the market was well-stocked with fresh and convenience food. Room was a great size and quiet.

The only thing not making it perfect was the insufficient tissue and toilet paper supplies provided in room.
