Location was fantastic! The view from our room- "room # 2116" was spectacular! Both hotel receptionists were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable! The valet parking attendants were also very helpful! We decided to park on our own and they told us where that could be done! "We didn't know that valet service was part of our stay lol also wish we knew that they offered breakfast, guess we should read more lol oh well maybe next time... just couldn't comprehend those services would be available for the price we paid to stay there! We loved paying just a little over $200 for 1 night in downtown Detroit for a Madonna concert at one of the finest places in town- wish they offered the same price on Game Days for the Lions but overall "perfect place to stay!"

I felt safe in the hotel and the area around it. Conveniently located to multiple restaurants.

Not a complaint but when we checked in we weren’t informed we had to use our key to use the elevator to our room. It took the doors closing and opening on the main level and another person getting on to inform us. Same goes for the doors. We went to a concert at the Fillmore and then late night pizza when we returned a worker had to show us how to get back in. Minor thing but upfront knowledge couldn’t made it easier.

The room was great and the front desk allowed us to checkin slightly early. Loved the area and it’s proximity to everything we wanted to do. Free parking was a huge bonus.

We were woken up both evenings in the middle of the night. The Friday, it was due to ongoing partying a few rooms over at 5am. The Saturday, it was an altercation in the hallway at Midnight. The water also seemed to make our skin incredibly dry and itchy.

The location ( restaurants and parking access. And police presence.

The whole stay I never saw a member of management checking on things. Not as clean and fresh as it should be. No attention to detail- elevators dirty. No soap in rooms to wash hands. We weren’t told at check in that no room service would be provided for fresh towels, etc. We didn’t need bed linen change but it would be nice to have known. A few of the front desk women not friendly or gracious. Just stared when I made comment. Ghetto! However the valet staff was outstanding!! The cable tv was sooo bad! Half the channels didn’t work! Even the local channels were blocked. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere, but $350 a night when the rooms aren’t fresh, the tv doesn’t work and public spaces need attention is a bit much!!

Room was great. roomy and nicer then expected. location was great walked to the ball game

a restaurant or bar in the actually hotel lobby area would have been nice instead of having to go into the casino area. It was a weekday so there was not as much night life as we thought Next time we will have to come on the weekend. We will definitely stay with you again and recommend to our friends.

Room was very clean and updated. There were enough waters, and towels and I loved the steamer instead of a traditional iron. Wouldn't change anything about the room.

The front desk associate didn't seem to know what she was doing. I checked in a little after midnight and she tried to get me to pay an early check in fee. Not to sure why I would need to pay that if my flight arrived after midnight. She had to get another associate that ultimately told her she was not correct.

The view of the room was excellent, you can see the GM HQ, some casinos, streets, etc. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is great (spacious and clean with great lighting).

Noisy hallways. You can listen everything from inside the unit (door seal is awful). People talking very loud and laughing at 2-3AM. Also was caught by surprise with some extra fees/taxes that Booking.com didn't disclose clearly.

It was a great location, clean and the room was quiet.

The bathroom sink was blocked and took an hour to empty after any use. Despite reporting the problem twice no action was taken. Rather spoiled our impression of the hotel’s attitude to paying customers. A bit take it or leave it like.

Love the location

Our room bathroom was not very clean, yet we told the front desk and they came back and cleaned. And, I reserved 2 rooms, I did not ask that they be together, my bad, and one was on floor 18 the other on 30, very disappointing. This is our second t ime there the first time I didn't request and our rooms were very close.

The hotel was very clean. The beds and linens were quite comfortable.

My husband is using a knee scooter after surgery. They gave us a handicapped accessible room. The room was nice but the shower had no curtain. I turned the shower head all the way to the wall and the entire bathroom floor still ended up flooded. It was a mess to clean. It would have been nice to have a table on both sides of the king size bed for our phones, etc. The lighting in the rooms was terrible!!
