Everything about it was elegant, clean,professional. The location was wonderful and I had an amazing view from the window.

There was not toothpaste,toothbrush, comb for hair, I think these are essential stuff in room, especially if someone in my case reserved a room there, because I had a sudden emergency situation that I had to stay a night to complete my own business in the next day and these stuff was not available, I think it is necessary to be available,I always see these in other hotels during my visits in France, London, and Dubai.Hence, US hotels must have it too as it is the greatest country in the world.

View of the river was fair. My last stay had a full view of the river. This one was blocked by hotel. Room was clean.

Parking. I paid more because I wasn’t told about needing hotel to put parking on my room at check-in. So every time left the lot I paid fee instead of the daily rate.

The view from our room was spectacular and the room itself was spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff was friendly and respectful under pressure.

The layout of the hotel/convention center was rather confusing and many of the restaurants there are closed on the weekend forcing you to go off site to eat or grab a coffee.

The staff was very accommodating, the room very satisfactory and the location and view excellent.

Our room was cold when we arrived and couldn’t be adjusted by us in the room. The staff was only able to do so from the main lobby. They were very accommodating to do so. However, when we arrived we just wanted to rest so the effort to get the temperature adjusted was not what we anticipated having to do.

Staff were very friendly and offered us a $40 off breakfast coupon for their restaurant, along with waters while we waited for check-in. Hotel is very sleek, comfortable, and central to everything downtown. Also had a wonderful view!

Navigating the property was fairly confusing- from parking, to actually locating the check in area. Also, at night most doors are closed- which was sort of a pain if we just needed to run outside to pick up food, or go to the car. Also, there is no vending machines on site, so make sure you bring drinks or buy some to store in your room ahead of time. Overall, I would stay here again!

Every staff member we interact with was helpful and friendly. The staff at the Reel Bar was amazing. Shout out to Frankie at the bar. It was a busy weekend, but she handled it with class and professionalism. Front desk was great despite the crowds and busy weekend.

Bed was too soft and sank in the middle.

Very beautiful and as someone who is from a small town i was so shocked by the view from our room. SOO unreal. i laid on my side staring out the window that night watching the city it was beautiful. SOO worth the stay. the staff was polite and helpful and was very accommodating :)) very happy.

Location to be able to connect with downtown and move easier to get to shops and restaurants.

Came in after checkin time and they did not have a room available for us to check into. We had to wait 45 minutes to get a room. If they are not going to have rooms available by 3 pm then don’t make check in time at 3pm. Also all the food places closed early. We came back from and event and the cafe was completely closed and we could only get food from the little store in the hotel lobby.

Love that the detroit people mover is connected to the gm Ren Cen. pretty much a 5 minute ride to anywhere downtown right from the hotel. room was very clean and room service was very quick to accommodate. man at the front desk was very helpful.

The only thing i didnt like was the fact that the window in the room fogged up really bad after a couple hours of being there and couldnt see the city view very well.

The view was amazing. The staff was very nice and fast to every request we asked for. It's extremely close to the people mover to get to the con center.

Navigating the downstairs is confusing at first since things can be locked off. One of the elevators had covers over the wall, making it seem a bit scary.
