The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was very nice and I enjoyed the location. The view of my room was exceptional.

The valet service workers were not very kind. I was told it would be $40 per night for me because I was there for a tournament and mentioned nothing about a coupon. When I went to get my car it was $110 for two nights and they were so rude about me not having a coupon when it was written on my valet pass that my rate was $40. On top of that, the parking garage they put you in is only $20 a night without valet. Don't waste your money on valet here.

Our room was absolutely perfect! The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there were outlets and USB ports near each side. The view of the Detroit river, downtown, and Canada was really beautiful! We enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar and had excellent service from Courtney. Check in was easy, check out was at 11 and was very simple. We had a very nice time on our 10th anniversary trip.

The only downside I can think of is that the bathroom in the hotel room was quite small. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means, but it was the cause of a few moments of laughter for us.

Everything was easy about this trips stay. The hotel is immediately off the highway but yet not bothered by it. The staff was excellent, especially the bartenders (Coco and a male partner). The location was an easy walk to Ford Field. The facility was very clean. The hallways are a little tight, but I didn't hang out there. The breakfast was good. The view of the river and Canada was a nice bonus. Parking was extra but very easy process. All in all, I will definitely stay here again when visiting Detroit.

The check in parking area was my only complaint. If they want you to check in at the valet parking area, then it should be marked. Only room for two cars in the front area.

The location was perfect and walking distance to Huntington place where graduation was held. The staff were all very nice and helpful when we asked them questions.

The pillows were really flat and uncomfortable with no shape, offering no support to the head and neck. The front desk staff did not give any information about the restaurants when we checked in. Google said that Urban Cellars was closed til 3 pm so we doordashed breakfast the1st day. When we picked it up we saw the restaurant was open and were bummed that we missed it. I asked the front desk about it and he told us when they opened. So we ate a phenomenal breakfast at Urban Cellars the next morning before checking out.

When we raised the issue about our initial room with the hotel staff they were uber courteous and helped us our right away. The room we were moved to was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was engaging and friendly. The breakfast service was fantastic.

Our initial room had a bit of a stale odor. My partner who is pregnant and has a super nose picked up on it before I did but the hotel staff was amazingly helpful after we raised it with them. They were responsive and diligent.

it was the most I ever paid for a hotel room. I usually stay in cheap places but because I was coming to buy psilocybin in downtown Detroit, I wanted a nicer place. When you check in, they'll send you a message and if you have any questions you you can ask and they will try to help.

I had to call them because my bedside light didn't work. Rather than face the wrath of my anger, they gave me a free breakfast which I appreciated. The place has a swimming pool and an exercise room.

I really enjoyed the suite as a whole! Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and nice and warm before you even touch the thermostat. And the ladies at the front were nice enough to put my room next to my friends so we weren’t too far away! Very thoughtful and helpful :)

The only gripe I had was with my shower. The bathroom itself was very nice and clean, however it seemed that the shower was clogged and took a very long time to drain on its own.

The view from the 23rd floor was gorgeous! To one side there was an occasional freighter, 🇨🇦 Canada, and the International Bridge. To the adjacent, sparkling at night, the sky was aglow with the lights of beautiful Detroit's skyline in all it's splendor!

The cold water in the lobby bathroom. I also did not like the fact that we had to leave! I would be hard pressed to find anything else that I did notvenjoy about our stay!

The location was great with a lovely view from the 10 th floor. Having the large room , it didn’t matter that the bathroom was small. It had a good shower and everything that we needed. I liked the idea of the shell kitchen area and fridge.the iron and ironing board and hairdryer were essential extras which were all provided with the room.

It may have been a one off as Detroit were playing football at home and it was very busy. We had poor service in the bar when we ordered Dinner one evening . You order at the bar. We ordered drinks and a meal. After a while I went to find out where it was and it was in takeaway boxes . The drinks were bottled and tops still on and he was serving other people. I had to request plates and glasses as we had said that we were sitting in to eat. He was not happy with anybody and I guess he was understaffed but that was not my fault. The rest of the time, the staff were amazing and very helpful so hopefully that was a one off.

Close to the Detroit Jazz Festival. Every employee we had contact with was friendly. We had a river view room. The view was wonderful. The bed was comfortable.

This is an older property. Our room had been updated recently but not the bathroom floor and shower floor. The floor in the shower was slippery so I was very careful using it. The door to the room also had a pretty big gap at the top. I was not bothered by this but some may be.
