the parking situation is a bit of a mess

I loved the staff, Patricia , Upneet and the rest of the staff Oh!! can't forget Lemke. The kitchen staff was excellent very clean .Great breakfast options the parking was pretty good for us.

Wasn't happy with the room it was small and if you spend time in your room 5 days we had to sit in the bed, a sofa or love seat would have made them time spent in the room more comfortable and with no TV station to maybe watch a movie made it even more uncomfortable. also the baseball little league playing in the hall was very loud , screaming and banging against the walls at 10:30 pm was ridiculous and inconsiderate.

Everything was so perfect! My wife loved the room, the bed, the bathroom. She told me this was the richest breakfast he shad already had in Canada; this breakfast was inclusive better than the breakfast offered by an apartment hotel we stayed in Ottawa. The bed was so perfect to my back, the at conditioner so silent and efficient. The view is superb! All the associates so transparent and loyal.

The only thing you could do better is regarding number of available channels on TV. We found nothing interesting on TV. So this was frustrating. But this only one downside I leave it here just between me and you.

Breakfast with a very limited selection of food. For example: no basic things such cheese. Parking - no parking in front of hotel after 6pm. always needed to park my car in the near garage.

Good location, close to River front, parks and downtown Windsor. Tunnel to US is 5 min away and bridge is 10 min. Decent restaurants in the area that would suit most people.

Oddly, I didn’t like the music in the main lobby. I admit it’s a mediocre complaint but the hotel “appears” dated when you first walk in and the music at the time was some old school R&B which only contributed to this image. However the next morning the music was simple classic music and all of a sudden the lobby “appeared” more upscale and modern. Keep in mind when it comes to personal tastes music is one of those things that can truly influence. Otherwise the staff was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was better than expected and rooms are very clean and comfortable.

the metal support for box springs was creeky sounding and a bit annoying when the occupant moved on & off the bed. The young students were inconsiderate to others by running the halls and loudly banging in doors. But when spoken to after 11 pm they finally stopped. Young drinking & having their fun, what can the hotel do? what can I say about your limited pay for parking for such a nice hotel?

Location right by the water. We booked a room with a river view and it was beautiful at night. We stayed here for the stand-up comedy show at the Caesar, and it was very convenient as it was within walking distance. Bed and pillow are soooo comfy. They provided Dove toiletries (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion) and even a makeup remover wipes if you forgot to bring one! Continental breakfast is delicious, too. You can't miss it. The pancake machine is broken, but they have french toast. We came around 12 ish and they allowed us for an early check-in which is great so we can take a rest before the night.

I think the only downside in our room is that one of the outlet by the floor lamp is not working.

Location was excellent, staff was friendly, check in and out was quick and easy, the room was clean and comfortable (although a little small), and although we didn't have anything other than water and coffee on the way out, we appreciated that breakfast was included.

The parking lot is very small and there's no indications about the overflow parking around the corner until you're in the hotel. We circled the block a few times and ended up idling to go in and ask. At the front desk we got directions to the overflow garage and a validated ticket but it would have been great to have some clear signage in the parking lot about what to do if it's full. There were a number of cars who were waiting for someone to leave their spot who could have used the overflow lot!

It is close to many restaurants, the casino, and the waterfront. The chairs in the breakfast lounge were new and comfortable. The staff wiped off tables quickly after use. They were polite and happy to help.

The breakfast food wasn’t that great. The pork sausage was sub-standard quality. The yogurt was chalky in taste. The elevators ran pretty slow. The toilet in our bathroom was millimeters from the shower door. It felt too tight. The toilet should gave been turned the other direction so as to face the tub.The parking lot is quite small for a hotel this size.

The bed is super comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. There was lots of common areas to sit and do work. The wifi was excellent and never spotty. There were plenty of good views of the river.

You can hear everything in the hallways - talking, doors opening etc. The gym is a little sparse with only some cardio machines and free weights.
