I'm so happy we booked here for our honeymoon. It was a super last-minute decision, but we're so happy we did. Once we checked in, we never had to step foot out the property until check out. There's so much to do here. Of course, there are casinos and bars. There was also a live DJ at night, a nice selection of restaurants. Even the cafe had a great selection and was delicious too. The cafe had the best desserts too! In the pool, the water felt amazing. I loved the fact that there's a sauna in the locker room. Overall, we had the best time, and we'll definitely be back. Thanks, Windsor, for a great time.

Nothing honestly.

I drove from Toronto to Windsor for 4 hours with 4 young kids they were super tired once we get there 2:30 pm I asked the lady to check me in she let me pay 25$ for early check in , I was very upset to pay 25$ since the hotel not busy and so many room was available . I am a regular customer I suppose to be treated better than that. I went to double tree last year but I never charge 25$ it’s not about the money it’s about taking care of ur regular customer . I spent over 100$ on tips for the valet parking . But I will never do it again.

Very nice facilities

Total pain in the butt to get around!!! Parking to the check desk in was a hike, 15 minute walk at least. Was ID’d twice just to walk to the reception desk when all of our hands were full. Then at the end of the night we had to wait in a 30 minute line from the club to get inside the casino to get to our hotel room and we didn’t even go to the club!!! Just wanted to go back to go to sleep. So disorganized and truly an annoying experience. Everything was super clean and beautiful but don’t be in a rush to get anywhere or expect efficiency is my only advise!

It was clean and it was right at the concert where we wanted to attend that night. Parking was a bit of a nightmare because we didn’t know where to go. We finally figured it out after asking a few people. And we didn’t really care for the way that the main restaurant ran its reservations. Spago. We had reservations and they were taking people ahead of us that didn’t even have reservations. We know they didn’t have reservations because they were in the lineup that said no reservations. We were very confused by that and we were almost late for our concert because of it. So we had to rush through the meal. There was no need for it to be that way as we had made reservations and had plenty of time. Other than that our stay was perfect.

It was my first time staying at Caesars Windsor Hotel. I will return. Every staff member that I encountered was helpful, kind, and worked hard. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I liked my view from the back with the neighbourhood from afar and all the trees that took over. The walk to my floor was a little long from front desk, but it was good for me, and I had to walk through the casino, which was clean and a lovely looking casino even though I'm not interested in playing. The carpets are pristine looking everywhere I walked in Caesars Windsor. They have escalators after the casino to take you to the restaurants on the lower level. For breakfast, I ate at the Cafe. What I ordered was good, and the pastry. The desserts looked yummy. The staff to check you in and check out time greeted me with a smile. I suggest the valet if you don't want to use the free parking garage with four levels across the street. I didn't, because I was alone and at night didn't feel comfortable. The 24th hour valet service was top-notch. The staff was curtious, kind, funny, and helpful. All other drivers who I was waiting with received their vehicles with the same great customer service. The valet area by the doors to the hotel was well lit at night. Your staff deserves a BIG job well done. They work hard to make sure we're looked after and take care of the hotel. Bravo to all staff, including management.

My friend and I had dinner and then breakfast at the Johnny Rockets restaurant in the casino. We both had burgers and it was one of the best burgers. My friend got fries with their burger, and I got the delicious cheesy tater tots. So good!! For breakfast, we had pancakes & french toast with bacon, and it was so filling. We could only eat half. The restaurant was very reasonably priced as well. The room was really nice. The bathroom was clean with a stand up glass shower and a separate tub. The beds were clean and we both agreed they were super comfy. We had a down river view of Detroit which looked beautiful at night. We stayed in the Forum tower which was quite a bit of a walk across the casino to get to from check-in. It's close to the pool & fitness center, though. The Augustus Tower is closer to the Coliseum, if you are going for a concert. We went for a concert. The Coliseum is a very nice venue for a concert and the gambling facilities were very nice. We didn't win. There is also free self parking for the casino, which we used instead of $20 or $25 for valet parking.

The walk across the casino with luggage to check-in and get to the Forum Tower was a bit of a hike, but it didn't bother us too much. We went to the Ariius nightclub later after concert and the cover charge to get in was $10/each. My friend gave them a $20 to cover us and the guy gave them back a $5 and kept saying we owed $20. It took a bit of a hassle to explain the $20 was to cover both of us and we weren't sure why he was giving up back a $5. After a bit, he finally realized his mistake and gave us a few free drink tickets for the inconvenience. It took us a good 30 minutes to explain it to him though and we got in only 30 minutes before last call so we got 2 drinks each then left.

Friendly staff starting with the valet and everyone else. The room choice was excellent. 24th floor and gave us a great view of the city, the river and the Detroit skyline. Also, the hotel in general was extremely clean and well kept. Our room was extremely clean,(even the light bulbs were clean), comfy bed and had just about everything you need for a great stay. Well placed receptacles and USB chargers, functional desk, refrigerator, tub and separate shower and a full length mirror! The AC was quiet and enough humidity! No dry throat in the morning like many other hotels. This room was way better kept than Ceasars Palace in Vegas! Also overall, the cost of eating at most hotel/ casino restaurants was very, very reasonable (we didn't try Nero).

The major thing that we didn't like was checking in! The fire alarms were on for a fire drill and it lasted a long time and they were extremely loud. It took us 30 minutes to check in and the alarm was on for at least 20 minutes. Hopefully, next time they pick a different time for a fire drill! The second issue was that the restaurants were full and we couldn't get a meal before the 8:00 PM show. I'll take some blame for not making reservations at least 2 weeks in advance.

This is a big casino and entertainment centre. Its business revolves around casino games and big concerts & events. I think it is very well organized for those things. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is a massive complex and when we wandered in exhausted after a long road trip, a staff member stopped us to make sure we knew where the check in desk was. The pool and fitness centre are also very nice with big glass windows looking out to a view of the Detroit River. Because of the casino, there is a 24/7 buzz that feels quite exhilarating - and contrasts with the general conservative quietness of Windsor.

This hotel is, first and foremost, a casino. Everything revolves around that. The breakfast offerings were disappointing and the decor is fabulous-tacky (as is appropriate for a casino). Our room was quite expensive and was bare bones - clean but not special for the price. Our expensive Riverview was a smallish window over an expanse of utility roofing and exhaust pipes. So, what I'm saying is that if you want to to gamble or see a big concert, it's a good place to go. If you want to enjoy local culture, gaze at the river or have a boutique experience, I would give Caesar's a miss.

The property is clean and modern. Great if you are going to the casino or spending more time in the area.

I didn’t like that we had to walk through the casino to check in to our room. It was a very long walk at 2am after getting off of our flight. There are not sufficient signs to guide you to park. It was the most annoying experience. I suggest another hotel with easy parking and access if you are just staying overnight for a flight.

Location was great. Many things to do. Friendly staff.

I was not happy by the fact that I was told that there was no room service but to not worry because if I needed anything taken up to the room that I could call reception and I could be assisted. When I did call to ask for some items, I was turned down and was told simply "there is no room service", so I was a bit disappointed by the way this was handled.
