Nice clean place. Good value, nice location. with plenty of parking. Excellent polite and helpful staff -- particularly Benny at the front desk who went out of his way to help us. There were other front desk people who were equally helpful -- we got extra disposable forks, towels and I was let to print few pages late at night when I needed them. Overall -- excellent service.

Beds were a bit smaller for two

It was located at Saint Clair College campus where the practice and game were. It has a ping pong table and a kitchen in case you want to prepare your meals. However, it's easy to order. The suite was clean.

I liked my stay but the bed is a little stiff. We had a 5 hour drive so I was hoping for more comfortable beds. Also, the room needs a little painting. The yellowish color makes it look outdated. I would suggest a fresh coat of paint! If I was a student and had to spend a longer time in the bedroom, white walls would brighten up the place. The room was also very hot. A fan or air conditioning would be appreciated.

Second time we stayed at this residence in visiting Windsor and Point Pelee. Good location. Room is clean and spacious. Soft linen and comfortable beds. Close to Jackson Park and Riverside where we visited. A special experience for our granddaughter in that she can stay in a college residence.

I liked having a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette for the price of an ordinary hotel room. The entire building was very clean, and the location was convenient.

The full size beds are a bit small for 2 adults, but I knew that when I made the reservation. That was the only small negative for me.

Our stay was exactly as other reviews depicted. It was an affordable, clean, comfortable stay. Having our own kitchenette (with a full fridge/freezer) was the key reason for our stay and improved our stay overall. Reception staff were really friendly and accommodating. We used the space to work and then attended events in the evening in Windsor/Detroit which is a very short drive away.

Given that our room was directly by the elevator, we didn't notice much noise during the day - however there was a bit of noise bleeding in the evening but did not get out of hand so just a minor note. I was a bit disappointed to realize that there was only one kitchen space for the entire building that wasn't very clean (dirty counter tops and stove) so that deterred me a little from any food prep of my own. There is no guidesheet to locate rooms in the building such as the kitchen, laundry (we had to wander on our own to find them) or any food/grocery recommendations in the area so a bonus in the future would be to have this sheet available at reception (a pamphlet perhaps at visitor's discretion to pickup)

It was a great place for the money, it was very clean, staff members were extremely nice and it didn't lack anything that you might need.

The location is a bit "out of the way" so you getting places might be a hassle if you don't plan on renting a car.

We choose this hotel because my daughter has the summer camp in Windsor. The hotel is a little bit far from Downtown. the environment is very good, just the facilities mainly is for the student, not fancy one, but clean. Especially the staff from the hotel are all very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect, Spencer and Conner greeted us very friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and we had a good rest after a very long trip. Very economical.

it was very easy to find. The rooms are spacious and clean with full kitchen. I loved the huge laundry facilities on the ground floor. I had just picked my daughter up from camp and we had a lot of laundry to get through.

I wasn't able to adjust the temperature in the room. Not a big deal, but it would be good to regulate it. Also, the kitchen was great but didn't have any cutlery or dishes. I expect this is because it is student accommodation outside of the summer season.

It had 2 separate spacious bedrooms with TV in each room. Comfortable beds. Also had kitchen area with full fridge and microwave. All rooms were very clean.

No kettle or coffeemaker in the room. However, I noticed a coffee station in the lobby.
