I love the location in Corktown. The service was excellent and all the staff were very helpful and professional. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The food was delicious. Happy Hour was fabulous.

The food was a little pricey for me. We ordered dinner for two and with a tip it came to $100. It was a lot of food and we didn’t eat it all. It would be nice if you offered more appetizers and small salads. For eating in my room I would prefer spending about $40 for a quick snack. I don’t mind spending $100 to eat in the Restaurant. The Happy Hour menu with all snacks at $10 each would be nice for a snack menu available in the rooms. 3 appetizers and a drink would have been perfect for our first night. It was 9:30 when we realized we were a little hungry. The breakfast menu was great but still came to $100 not including my tip which I always tip 20%.

Loved the fact that there was 24 hour valet, even though they seemed to take awhile to retrieve your car, it was still nice to have. The room was a King room, a little small but overall, nice. The belhop service was also nice to have; all the staff was very pleasant. The bathroom was great also, love a nice bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

My flight got delayed, arrived at the hotel late night and Jeena made sure to get me a bed even if the system cancelled the reservation considering a no show. 5* to overnight staff as well. Room is comfy, clean and have all recent devices so we can enjoy a good stay. Free wifi - amenities are from good quality Design is cool, new and rooms are made with durable material

Had a room at 3rd floor, the view isn’t good at all. Ice machine was a bit loud At 10am I could hear from my room a washing machine for a while

No microwaves, no wear kitchen area or ariad. It's a service if I needed to warm up food. Go to the front desk. They initially said they would send up a microwave. Then said they watched out of microwaves and couldn't help

The property had a lot of amenities and a lot of restaurants and things to do around it parking. It’s OK because you can valet, but if you didn’t want to valet, that might be an issue.

I liked everything about the hotel. Only thing is the beds are a little bit hard, but I did like the hotel overall it was excellent. The customer service was outstanding.

Beautiful Room and hotel. Very Clean and the staff was excellent and friendly. Liked the room set up and coffee in room. The bed slept wonderful and I have heard so many positive comments about the roof top restaurant and bar that I will be back to experience it.

The hallway noises I didn't like. I heard the ice maker and every person that walked by my room. My door was open when I arrived because the cleaning team was cleaning another room next door and thought it was closed.

The food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. A small simple menu. But everything well made. The rooms were clean, lots of windows, and spacious.

The main on/off switch that controlled all the lights in the room was also the only switch for this very bright overhead light. Made it difficult to control the level of lighting in the room.

The Room and esthetic.

The manager was not helpful. She was micro aggressive and dismissive! There was a used wet towel hanging over our shower. I informed the front desk they called the house keeping manager and he was at our room right away! The cleaning staff cleaned the bathroom over again! Very attentive swift and apologetic! Good team!

The atmosphere was very nice and elegant, the rooms very very niceeeeeeeeee and spacious place. The place was huge, and the people were friendly, the beds were sooo dang comfortable nice clean clean bathroom too

The only thing I didn’t like is I brought my fire stick because I like to stream my shows and I couldn’t because the tv was locked where I couldn’t change the HDMI or anything

Location! Location! Location! Then when you add the friendly and helpful staff with exceptional rooms and amenities, you have the best boutique hotel in Detroit!

I could not sign into my YouTube account on the TV. But I was able to sign into my Netflix so I was ok.
