Room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Loved the fact we could walk to the Detroit Tiger’s games. Enjoyed the choices of restaurants on-site.

There was a slight issue when we checked-in, as they had trouble finding our reservation, but it was quickly resolved and the staff was very apologetic and even gave us a resort credit for the restaurants which was lovely.

Decent walk to Ford Field. Tap restaurant had limited seating but we were able to sit at the bar. Wallace was a wonderful bartender! The shrimp quesadilla was delicious!

Our room wasn't ready by check in as expected. We had to wait almost 45 minutes which dampened the time we had to get ready for our concert.

The valet was very convenient as a complimentary service for hotel guests. Check in was easy and the staff was helpful and friendly. The view was beautiful, as was our room! Large, immaculate, and very inviting, my husband and myself were tempted to get comfortable and spend the rest of our Detroit stay in the room but we had things to do and see while in the city. The minibar was stocked with all kinds of spirits and beverages, the bathroom was luxurious with a large two-headed shower, and we couldn't wait to come back and relax that evening.

Although it states that check out is not until noon, a housekeeper unlocked our door and began to come into our room mid-morning. For some reason, she thought that we had checked out when we had not. Although she apologized, it was unsettling.

The Hotel is in a great location. It is close enough to Downtown for a walk. The casino and sports book are good entertainment and restaurants on site offer very hospitable service. Danielle at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I arrived on an early flight and my room was ready ahead of schedule, a great surprise.

I did not like that there was a shower drip/leak when I arrived at the room. There was a towel underneath it , indicating staff knew there was a problem. The positive on this item was that when I told housekeeping, they reported it right away, and the problem was repaired quickly

The decor was recently updated and well done. I especially liked the colored glass panel between the shower and the main room. The bathroom layout with a door separating the toilet was nice. Good black-out curtains.

American hotels need bidet toilets! I moved an item on the tray that was in front of the TV screen and almost got charged for it, since charges are automatically applied when items are lifted from a pressure-sensor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet service was nice. The views from our room were awesome. The hotel was close to Little Caesar's arena which was nice for us because we went to a concert there. The bathroom was well laid out. Liked that there was a door on both the toilet, as well as the shower. Nice privacy touch.

Used to rooms that have a mini fridge for beverages that I would normally bring with me. When I booked my room it said I would receive $25 credit to play in the casino. When I signed up for a players card they told us to go to the kiosk. They said normally they give $5 free slot but we could try the kiosk to maybe get more. My daughter and I ended up with $15 free play each. The drive for us is pretty far. For a weekday stay, I thought the fee was kind of pricey.

The bathroom was very clean and modern, with a very roomy shower The bed was very comfortable. We were there for an event, and had many famous people staying in the hotel with us, which made our stay fun.

The automatic sensor on the minibar was a problem, as I didn't read the warning before I touched something in the mini fridge. This caused an extra charge on the bill that we had to clear up. The valet kiosk was also confusing when checking out - we were charged $25 when it should have been included in our room rate. This became complicated to correct.

I purchased 3 rooms 1st room checked in around 2:30 pm 2nd room not clean until 5 pm 3rd room not clean until 6 pm VERY DISAPPOINTED - WE NEEDED TO GET INTO OUR ROOM TO GO EAT EARLY 5:30 PM RESERVATION AT D PRIME AND THEM TO RED WING GAME I TRIED YOUR FACILITY FOR THE FIRST TIME. NOW IM NOT SURE ESPECIALLY AFTER THE ROOMS WERE NOT READY AT 3 PM WHICH IS IN YOUR LITERATURE

I had a reservation for 5 nights during the recent strike. Although due to this the hotel was short of personell the remaining staff did everything to make me feel good. After 3 nights I decides to leave as it seamed to me that Detroit was falling asleep due to the strikes. The management let me go without charging the remaining 2 nights and without discussion. It was simply great how management and staff acted in this very difficult situation. Thank you very much. MGM Resorts are at the top of my personal recommendation list.

Excellent location for events at Little Caesars Arena. Facility kept meticulously clean. Ample gaming options available. A MUST visit at the casino is THE ROASTED BEAN sweets shop. They have delectable treats to eat and drink. The staff is AWESOME and efficient. The front desk experience was great. Check in was fast. We had a beautiful experience with an mature African American woman who was not only knowledgeable, but warm, friendly and extremely caring. She is a Supreme example of hospitality. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she is unmistakable at the front desk. She represents the hotel supremely. Every time she would see us pass by, she would ask if we needed anything. This is Outstanding service! Our room was spacious and well supplied. Housekeeping was always available and generous with their services. Eventhough we didn't request daily Housekeeping, it was offered to us each day by staff. THAT is amazing in these days of streamlining all services! It was greatly appreciated. Food selections at the dine in restaurant were tasty and rapidly prepared. All in all, we had a great experience. If anything was negative, it would be the cost. Pricey, but then the quality needs to be considered!

More dining options are needed for sit down meals. Fast food options were too limited Smoking section doors were no kept closed at all times.
