Great location for our family gatherings

The property was great, but we asked for 1 king room and 2 double bed rooms but I found out proir to arrive that I had three king room. I couldn’t reach Booking by chat to change the request Booking said call the hotel and the property Said call Booking it was very frustrating but the hotel worked it out for us. There have to be a better way to clear this problem up

Comfortable and high quality

Difficulty checking in. I presented my printed confirmation for check in and I was told I was not in their system. Until I persisted they finally found it. I again presented my full name including my middle initial. Hotel had my first name right but made a mistake and included my middle initial onto my last name. Ex. ( Karen MWilliams) instead of Karen M Williams. After being disappointed and embarrassed as it may, hotel found their mistake and check in finally got underway.

Nice and tucked away

My toile had a stain on it that I cleaned off, I checked in asked for a late check out the guy said he could give me 1pm. I said ok, next morning I get a call asking was I staying another day and 3 different people knocked on my door asking me was I checking out. I was very irritated it wasn’t noted. So I left earlier than 1pm.

The hot breakfast buffet was wonderful, with sausage, bacon, cheese eggs, regular eggs, grits oatmeal, diced fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, waffle station, potatoes. Pastries, muffins biscuits, and more, Yum yum yum! A kind server...I binged! Cause diet what! Who? It was a wonderful start to my day. rooms were clean, nice in appearance and cozy. I had the King room. Staff answered any questions or concerns, it was an easy check in, check out. I was happy with my stay.

There was no transparency when booking, about the 50 dollar per day fee. (Refundable if there are no damages, which was a sigh of relief, so I was a bit taken aback, but got over it and enjoyed my stay) I thought all fees were included in the booking. So just budget the hold on your money, you may not get it back until 5 days or so after check out. It's important to have 3rd party company's make guest aware of additional fees so they are not blindsided, in big print too, (not just small or non transparent at all) luckily, I had the extra, it did not hurt me financially, but it can hurt others if they are on a budget. Just out of consideration and kindness towards your guest, so they can make the best decision for themselves when booking. Other than that, wonderful, wonderful stay.

The room was exceptional, and the staff were very courteous and attentive

There was a group of young girls around the age of 10 to 11 years old that were there for a hockey tournament. The parents were allowing them to run wild through the hotel. The staff was trying their best to control them without being discourteous. It made, our visit to the bar for dinner and drinks. Very annoying. The bartender was exceptional and doing the very best she could.

It was clean (overall) and a good location

I didn’t like that there was a note written by the sink letting us know it was clogged. Why have guests in a row with a clogged sink? Each time we used the sink it took some time for the water to go down. The microwave down by the snack area in the lobby was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever.

The rooms were clean, perfect for couples and kids! My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed my time in the fitness room, I would love to stay here again.

I never received a free breakfast voucher during my stay or was even informed how I could get any.

Loved the room with view, bathroom well stocked with towels/soap/shampoo and instant hot water. Bed very comfortable. Loved the food in the restaurant!! Dinner was delicious, young lady that served was kind and friendly. Look forward to next visit!

Would have liked more free TV channels/apps.

The Staff was very professional and polite! GREAT customer service! ESPECIALLY Tanisha! I'm hoping I got her name correctly! But she checked me and my family In! A1 service!

Parking was a Lil tight maybe because of visitors for a hockey tournament and someone BLASTING music from there car at 4am!

Very good location, nice and pleasant staff. Got a King suit with external terrace, lovely ! Very good bed, shower and amenities. Indoor fitness and pool, good restaurant (Fire Iron).

During check in was asked about room cleaning frequency (this is great !), we set one day/yes, one no, but it did not happened the way we set. During 6 days stay, cleaning occur day 4 and 5 only. No shower gel since day one, and no re-filing during cleaning days. Had to ask a soap bar at front desk.
