Convenient location

Hotel was filthy, no supplies, wasn't worth what's being charged

Chanel at the front desk is Great very good customer service very friendly and helpful she did everything with a smile on her face I would come back in stay there just because of her service and the beds were so comfortable

I had to find something last minute and this Hotel did not disappoint. The location was perfect for my family to pick me up and drop me off. I liked the entire room. The size, and the full kitchen area.

I did not like that there was no "Do Not Disturb" signs to hang on the doors when away or sleeping. The bathroom did not have soap holders to wash hands in the sink.

The staff was great especially Daniel when we checked in at about 11:00 p.m. and he told me what to do The next day I will stay here when I come to Detroit 💜💜😍😍😍💜💜

Liked everything especially Daniel on the midnight shift, awesome customer service skills.

Could have coffee pots

Very clean when arrived, quite, I loved how the doors locked at a certain time and you had to use key card to get access

Housekeeping didn’t come not once the 3 days I was there, microwave handle was broken off, and stovetop didn’t work

We had a suite which was big and basically like a little apartment. I like that they have the main doors locked at night. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower was spacious.

Only downfall was that we arrived at 5pm and our room was not cleaned yet. We ended up waiting for almost an hour for the room to be ready. The front desk did waive our security deposit fee for the inconvenience.

the sink had a little problem. water wasn’t able to go. apart from that everything was good

The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean. Easy check in process. Decent size comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. Lots of parking available.

The amenities, especially the kitchen, are a bit dated and could use some updating. The fridge made a buzzing noise. I can sleep through anything, but I imagine this would bother some.

Location, price, free parking, and the amenities

The male clerk was a little rude at check-in. I think it was shift change and was just coming in. I had to ask for toilet paper. Most hotels have one one the roll and another under the cabinet.
