Staff was nice and helpful when I asked. Room and beds seemed clean enough. When I checked-out, I stood out on the road to take the city bus for the very short ride to the airport (50-cent ride for me). The shuttle driver actually came out to the street (couple hundred foot walk) to volunteer the free shuttle ride. That has never happened any other place I stayed.

I suspect the main sewage pipe that my bath was feeding needing a good cleanout. The tub held about 2" of water during a shower and went down slowly after a bath in the tub. Then in day 2 the toilet needed a plunge. Not an overflow or smelly mess situation, just water to the top of the bowl and wouldn't go down with flush force. It was not obvious on the Booking.com page that they offered up the common continental breakfast between 5-9AM. That info was buried at the bottom of the page. There was one packet of that nasty coffee stuff for the little machines in the room. Could chuck those if there was 24/7 fresh brewed real coffee in the kitchenette or lobby. Nothing to stress out about.

Blonde hair heavy set woman with glasses needs needs to learn manners and not be so snappy with the customers. I asked for extra towels and washclothes and snapped at me asking why and how many people in m5 room. There was just me but my brother and my nephew was with out power came to shower. And leave. Did t know it was going to be a problem when I rented the room for 3 days. There also was nothing to eat in the breakfast area the coffee was cold.The older heavy set wo.an was rude at checkout also.

Staff was awesome and helpful! This is a basic airport hotel, but everything was clean, everything worked, and folks were helpful. This was a good choice for a last-minute layover: good value, had a nice night's sleep, a hot shower, and then a shuttle to the airport in the morning.

It would have been nice if the vending machines for water or basic snacks had been working. That being said, you can take a quick walk to the stores on either side and get a snack.

When myself and my family check in the lady that was working, the front desk was very professional very understanding very warm and inviting about staying at the American Inn

When it was time for my family and myself to check out, we were going for breakfast next-door to Wendy's and we went around 9 AM. Check out was 11 AM and the lady that waiting on us if that particular time which was a different staff D magnetized our lock and we was cut short of our stay by Lisa an hour and a half, so I placed the key under the window and left

The cleanliness. The room was good, BUT listening to al people living early morning, their suitcases, I couldn't sleep. Needed to sleep as my trip is a stressful trip. But, in general, besides the noise or people at the hall, the hotel and room were very good

The noise people did all night and early morning either arriving or leaving their rooms. One can listen the doors slamming, the suitcases. Perhaps they need to get a sound proof, or fix the door losing gentle, carpet on the halls, something so we can sleep

Spirit Airlines flight was canceled until the next day- over 24 hours. This was a great alternative to spending the entire day-night-over night-next day in the airport. Clean and comfortable. Wendy's right next door. Gas station/convenience store, McDonald's and Checkers within close walking distance if Wendy's isn't your favorite. "Free" ($2 fee- agreeable with gas prices and maintenance upkeep) anytime airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Modest, but available, free continental breakfast. Overall great value, especially if you get an online only deal. Would definitely recommend for the economically conscious traveler.

I have no real complaints. It was a pleasant stay.

Location was good.

The room was outdated, the air conditioner was in the wall, the bottom half was broken. The tub had chip paint that needed to be reglazed. There was no toilet paper holder. Amenities were for a toddler size, microwave outdated, and bedding was horrible. No food in vending machine all empty. Lobby outdated. Hotel needs a full make over considering where they are located.

i stayed alone at this site bc the price was great and it was supposed to have 24 hour airport shuttle service, and it was super close to the airport and very close to convenience stores, mcdonalds and wendys. the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft and silky. the air conditioner worked perfectly. when i had to call the front desk bc i couldn't figure out how to get the tv working, she came up and set it up with a kind and friendly attitude!

i had spoken to the desk clerk (SUPER NICE, btw!) and the shuttle driver during my check-in regarding needing to go to the airport at 4 am, and the driver assured me he would be right there before that time..... BUT, when i went down at 3:45 am, the desk clerk (a different clerk, but equally SUPER NICE!!) said she hadn't yet seen the driver. she then attempted to call his phone multiple times, to no avail. so, by about 4:10, maybe, she said "i will lock up the office and drive you to the airport in my car( !!!), which was AWESOME!!!!! she was so kind! and she saved me from having to pay for a cab!!

The breakfast was okay. According to your location, it should be more better. You should have some omelet or fried eggs. And better tea, thank you.

Should be more like a fried eggs. Omelet at least and much better's standard of tea milk milk should be whole milk.

Location close to the car rental drop off is good. Easy walk from Avis to the hotel.

Although on arrival the receptionist couldn’t find my booking she was very helpful and found me a room. There seems to be an issue with booking.com as this has happened before so don’t be surprised if you turn up and there’s no booking! Room was fine but the air con unit is very loud even at low speed. Guy who drove the courtesy bus needs a lesson in customer care too but he said he had had a bad night so maybe I’m doing him a disservice!
