1- The room was clean and spacious 2- The staff were friendly and willing to help. 3- The food quality was acceptable. 4- The atmosphere was nice and the view was beautiful

1- Our bathroom door's lock was broken, and the bathtub was old. 2- There was a wedding happening the night we stayed there. People were SUPER loud at 1 a.m. My child couldn't sleep well, and no one asked them to understand other people were there too. 3- In the morning, the elevators were full and we waited 15 minutes to go down for breakfast. 4- The facility doesn't have a pool

breakfast buffet was good. close to the event that I had to attend. Convient to the highway for my arrival and departure.

Minor but I think the carpeting in the hallways (on the 4th floor anyway) could have been a little cleaner. (for the times I used the 4th floor hallway) there was items that could have been removed by vacuuming.

From the Valet greeting us to the friendliness of the staff. Our room exceeded our expectations. From the size of the room and the view from our window to the décor, it was exceptional. The buffet for Saturday's breakfast was also very good and staff was friendly.

We couldn't stay an extra night. There was no availability.

It was a gorgeous property, I had a lake view room and seeing the sunset over the lake and golf course was wonderful.

No breakfast service until later in the morning. no pool at this location. and with so many weddings going on found alcohol and drug paraphernalia throughout the halls

Cleanliness Kind and nice staff

Congested lobby bar or cafeteria even during late night due to the party. But my room is upstairs, and I had no issue when I take a rest.

Very nice location, easy to navigate. Very comfortable beds.

Parking was an additional $30/day. No free option even though the lot was theirs.

The common areas were beautiful. Rooms were updated. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was included in our stay and it was delicious with a lot of variety. Beautiful setting. Appreciated the later check out time, at noon. We would stay here again.

Only a couple things that were very minor. Some dust on the base of the table and chair in our room. The ceiling in the shower was either stained or dirty. There were a couple dirty spots on the bathroom walls. we would have appreciated an option on the thermostat to keep the fan “on”.

On check-out day, I wasn't expecting housekeeping to come knocking on my door at 8 am.
