Facilities were well kept and the room was very clean. Ate at the bar and the food was good for the price. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a breakfast burrito bar along with regular breakfast foods. Check-out time was at 12pm so it was nice to have some extra time on the last day of my stay.

The television only had chromecast. It wasnt really an issue, but would be a great inconvenience if someone didn't have any streaming services.

Room was large, bed was comfortable. The building is recent construction. Everything was clean. Good WiFi signal. There is a bar/grill on premises with a limited food menu. Their hot breakfast was good. Also - they have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel - this will get you to dozens of nearby restaurants, shopping, etc, and to/from central campus. The Staff were pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Think: "A step up from Hilton Garden Inn". Great location - near I-94, Briarwood Mall, and both Ann Arbor & Ypsi.

A minor nit-pick. The menu at their bar/grill is rather limited. Their "Crispy Chicken Wings"... weren't crispy, but rather ... a bit on the soggy side.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. For instance, you could make your own breakfast burrito. My only complaint was the oatmeal would get low and they would just add water....not very appealing. Hyatt Houses are usually clean, spacious and comfortable. This one met our expectations. Only 10 minute drive to Main Street where we found plenty of food choices. Nice college town.

The breakfast was great!! It had bacon and eggs and you could make a breakfast burrito. Fresh fruit was really good. The coffee could be a bit stronger but I am not saying it was bad. Overall a great hotel and experience. Have stayed here a lot.

The bed is roomy, but the pillows are either too soft or maybe it was the mattress. But again, that's pretty minor overall. It would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room. Nothing fancy like Figi or Smart Water, but a couple of Dasani's would be nice.

Cleanliness, stylish, bar, nice open lobby.

There were three youth sports teams and a college team there during my short 2-night stay. I get it, I have three kids that did traveling sports, but made the lobby, dining, first floor, and bar area a complete zoo, running in and out of the doors, keeping them open to wait or coax their peers/parents/coaches in or out (in 20 deg weather). Running around, screaming, taking over the pool. Swarming the breakfast bar like locus. Just part of life and modern club sports teams, been there, but damn I would have stayed elsewhere if I'd known.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The staff was wonderful, the room very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, and so was the coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was off was the parking was a little weird, there were a few busses, and some folks that parked in small car only posts that weren't small cars.

Breakfast is VERY GOOD. Lots of GOOD items to choose from, AND REAL DISHES!!! No styrofoam! ALSO, coffee ran out and I alerted the breakfast staff. The woman I spoke with got on it immediately AND got me a cup right then as the pot was still brewing. FABULOUS service!!! This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it doesn't disappoint. CLEAN. FRIENDLY STAFF. VERY COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, WELL-APPOINTED ROOM. And a check out time of noon was beyond my expectations and made our day that much better as we had tickets for a one o'clock basketball game!!!

Comfortable hotel that meets the expectations. Clean with a nice bed and bathroom.

The location is not excellent, but it seems that there is a lack of options for hotels in downtown Ann Arbor or closer to the city. I also thought it was a bit too expensive.

Loved the layout of the rooms with the sitting area and bathroom design. Parking was fee and accessible. Location had quick access to the freeway. Bedding was white and clean and mattress was c omfortable.

Shower pressure was low and wasted too much water. We filled an ice bucket with water to rinse with, Elevators were exceptionally long and slow. At breakfast, I asked for more hashbrown potatoes and was told "no"
