Staff were friendly and helpful, the gym although small has modern machines that were all working. Often not the case in hotel gyms. They provided free water bottles and plenty of towels in the gym also.

Not so much didn't like but unexpected. The hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday evening. Maybe due to low volume of guests but it did caught me off guard.

Location was great! The staff was great, especially the Manager on duty Alexander. I had an issue with billing and he was very helpful!

I didn't like the fact that I paid the day off our stay through the booking.com app. When we arrived at the hotel they also had to charge me because they didn't receive any confirmation from booking.com that I paid earlier. After several (3) phone calls to customer service asking booking.com to send the hotel a new "virtual card" number, it finally was resolved THE NEXT DAY! This should never happen , be better booking.com

The man who checked us in was very accommodating. We needed an early check in to get ready for a wedding, and he made sure that happened.

Breakfast was overpriced. I’m a light eater, with dietary limitations, and only wanted a bowl of oatmeal, but that’s not on the menu unless you pay for the entire buffet. Instead, I had an expensive bowl of yogurt and granola that had so much sugar in it, I had heart palpitations.

Great location, hotel is nicely designed, clean etc.

Room doors slammed closed, causing me to wake up after going to sleep. Freeway noise was also noticeable. Breakfast was too expensive to justify. $20 for mediocre breakfast food is just too much.

comfy beds and pillows. I was offered a complimentary bottle of water. I did not get the breakfast there as there are places close by for breakfast. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. arranged for me stay in same room when i extended my room one more night.

Everything, the staff was great; Jamie, our bartender, was amazing! I think the managers name was ( alex ) he was awesome! All in all a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was to be free, and we were charged for ours. So, for a free continental breakfast, I was charged 23$ a person. And there were 4 of us. So I was a little surprised that I had to pay 100$ for a free breakfast.

Location and I’m a Hilton member so always try to stay there when I can.

Front desk staff not very friendly. Had many interactions during my 8 day stay. Just not very accommodating. Won’t stay again. Too many other options.

Cleanliness and comfort of room.

The hot breakfast was horrible. The eggs and sausage were inedible. The cost was taken off of my bill. The bread and english muffin were stale.

Did not have breakfast but looked great. Asst GM was extremely helpful. Location was outstanding.

Only negative was got iPhones connected to your WiFi but could not connect my laptop. Not a big deal.

The hotel was exactly as described. The room was quiet except for hearing a young child running on the floor above around 10:45 pm. That did not last very long though and we were able to go back to sleep. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The lobby was beautiful and clean as well. I love that they had hotel umbrellas for guests to borrow in the lobby! :). We also liked that breakfast was an optional service for an additional fee.

Maybe if we would have selected a room on the 4th floor, we may have not heard footsteps above us from time to time. The bed was a little harder than I was used to.
