Convenient location to U of M and local attractions. The room was near clean & comfortable. The staff that I did encounter were great!

The exterior of the property could use some care in weeding, parking lot clean up, and it would be nice to have a staff person on site at all times for safety, security, and assistance. Being in the first floor as a woman who noted her window had been damaged/tampered with from the outside was concerning.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was excellent value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet would have been better suited to a survival bunker after all the fresh food had run out. The only options were shelf stable foods that require no refrigeration. There wasn’t even fresh milk for the coffee or oatmeal and nary a bowl of fruit in sight.

The general manager made sure I was comfortable because I has a walking cast. She made every effort to see that my needs were met and that my room was easily accessible for me.

The hotel was in the process of being upgraded. The manager made sure to tell me of the upgrades that were still to be completed. The hotel was a good value for the price. Nothing fancy, so nothing really negative.

Staff was wonderful

Floor was not clean was the worst part. Amenities were less than I had expected as I thought dishes, flatware, a coffee maker and toaster would be in the room when I asked for assistance the staff night staff was busy with another complaint. We went to the dollar store for plates and plastic ware. So I never got the appliances . I settled for two bowls.

ONLY accepts credit cards. No cash or debit. Doors locked at 10. Have to be let in after calling on their phone inside first set of doors.

I have stayed here twice, and the room was always clean and with a full kitchen, really worth the price in the Ann Arbor area. The staff are welcoming and always willing to help. I stayed with my cat this time and they tried their best to accommodate us. Really grateful for the kind crew working there.

Very spacious clean and close to everything

Wasn't an ice machine on property I know a fridge was available which was real nice.

The location and the great customer service coming in and going out of the hotel. My room was very affordable and comfortable.

It is a non-smoking hotel. You can tell someone had smoked in the room that I was in. Cigarette smoke tends to linger. It is company policy as a non-smoking hotel. I realize some people are not going to abide by the rules.

Need sofa, dated property but ok if you just need to put your head down, or staying by yourself
