The Marriott is a cut above the other hotels in Ann Arbor in which I recently stayed within the same price category. My room was very quiet - a must for me. Special features which I really appreciated: a worktable on wheels, a user-friendly coffee machine with delicious, above-average coffee packets, an easy to-find button to turn off the refrigerator and drapes that totally block out light. I also like the fact that the elevator is not near the reception area so that space remains open and clear of the typical congestion. That's in addition to an efficient front desk and a great location. Marriott takes extra steps to provide maximum comfort. Why would I stay anywhere else?

The room was perfect - very comfy bed and sofa. The water pressure in the shower was incredible too! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the lobby - which had a restaurant, business center, printing center and a snack shop - and courtyard too.

The pool could've been in better shape. Looked like it needed some tlc (some peeling paint along the sides and needed to be vacuumed the second time we went) Also the towels in the pool area were tiny! Bring the big towels from the room down with you!

Loved the location, Ann Arbor is such a cool town very safe neighborhood. Pool was a great addition. When traveling with kids hotels with pool is always a plus. Beds were what you would expect could’ve been more comfortable

Can tell the hotel is older, there were some holes in the wall paper and walls- the bathroom had a tub instead of wall in shower - stains on one of the pillows and 1 of the beds had hair on it

I did not have breakfast, but the coffee was great! I had taken a few dinners to go...the beyond burger and the flatbread. Both were delicious! I was very impressed, especially because we are in the restaurant business. Even the coffee in the room made with coffee pods was excellent! The is a nice selection of drinks at your lovely bar, too.

It would be great if you could upgrade your old computers in the lobby. Even the computers that are used for printing out boarding passes need to be newer.

The facilities were nice, the view of my room was nice. I liked that there was a Starbucks in the hotel. Staff was great.

The headboard in my room was greasy and not clean with other people's head sweat. Kind of gross.

The pull out couch was not comfortable at all...hardly a mattress on it. The breakfast was really expensive

The breakfast was beyond our expectations. It was pricey but delicious.

The toilet paper and tissue was stiffer than cardboard. We ran out of tissue when we most needed it as in early morning. Didn't want to go to the lobby with our pajamas on. Also not having a microwave in the room was a bummer.

The room was spacious and clean. The facilities seemed to have been maintained well.

The internet was lagging some - espefcially on the tv.

George at the front desk was very helpful, getting us back into our room after leaving our keys, and sharing area restaurant recommendations . Very nice and clean facility

Overall look of the place

Room was clean and quiet. Location was close to the freeway, easy to find, convenient parking. Starbucks coffee onsite a plus.

Sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Cute and stylish but no back support anywhere.
