The gentleman named Xavier, and the lady named Kim were exceptionally helpful to both my husband and myself- both in their demeanor, and also their ability to give us correct information. They assisted us even trying to get onto our Wi-Fi, which was a big problem until they helped us. With people like them working for Fairfield we would return again!! thank you for your service… The ladies that prepare the rooms were also extremely pleasant to us each time we made contact with them. This was the friendliest and most welcoming hotel I've been to. Everyone from the hotelier at the front desk (Xavier!) to the cook and housekeeping, everyone made sure to greet us, as well as every other guest, with a sincere smile.

The only thing I could think of is the front door is a little delayed with its automatic opening. The sign says "keep moving!" But there were times I just stood there and waved my arms to get it to detect me

Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, food was well cooked - not slimy eggs and sausage like most hotels

Small, bland facility & lobby, visually unappealing throughout, and the same price as nicer hotels right around the corner...Courtyard and Sheraton are both in the same complex and significantly nicer ( We know this because our neighbors were staying at the Sheraton on this group trip, and we mistakenly tried to check in to the Courtyard because our GPS directed us to their front door by accident)...pick one of these two instead

Young man working when we checked in later in the evening was super friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Traveling for husband's Dr. appointments down at U of M so location was close to hospital and room rate was reasonable. Definitely would stay again.

Only thing I could mention ( and grasping at straws here) water pressure a little low but again not a real issue for us.

The selection of food and drinks made available for breakfast were great! The staff were also very helpful and responsive to my needs. There was also ample parking space and the property was located in a nice area away from heavy traffic.

There was not enough drinking water on the common area.

Close to Ann Arbor and a lot places and not too far from DTW

Not very clean - I stayed here a year ago in the same room and it looked about the same cleanliness - there were ants crawling in the bathroom and yellow stains

Wonderful front desk staff. Appreciated the free bottled water. Room was clean and comfortable.

Some areas could use a bit of updating. Tucked way behind all of the other hotels in the area.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Everyone was smiling and asking how they could help. Very nice breakfast too. There is an indoor pool as well.

Our room had very low water pressure…shower and faucet were a trickle and the toilet took a lonnnng time to refill.

room was nicely clean. staffs was very friendly. breakfast is great.

my original booking was for 4/27 through 5/1. I had to check out early and was told by one of the staff that they would approve for me to cancel one night with extra charge, but the hotel did not honor that promise.

Breakfast cereals choice was excellent as was bread for toasting variety

coffee machine in room could have been better. Turkey patties called a "sausage" were not suited to British breakfast tastes & no alternative other than eggs.
