Staff very friendly; I booked two different rooms over two nights and they made the switch very easy; Room spacious and clean; Kitchen amenities

Lights didn't work in bathroom. No view; traffic a bit loud on State St--- but facility is near where we wanted to be, so it was an even trade.

Very much liked free guest laundry with three new large front-loading LG washers plus three LG dryers. Fabulous! Also the size of the room, with large island in center near kitchenette. Furnishings were nice. Free breakfast was tasty with good selection.

It felt like home. It just had everything we needed. Extremely smart room plan. The breakfast had a huge variety. Great coffee. I appreciated hot oatmeal. Underground parking was a nice touch.

The only complaint I have is that the scrambled eggs were pre salted with too much salt. Why not let the patrons do their own salting.

The room was great: great feeling and lots of room and comfortable

That there wasn’t a vending machine on the 2nd floor by the elevators by the ice machine and I had to go back down to the lobby to buy a water bottle

Very quiet. Windows and walls must have been well insulated. we barely heard any outside noise despite the busy major road. We enjoyed the patio.

Harsh bright lighting. We would have liked the option of warm comfort lighting rather than bright led task.

The suite itself was very spacious - made me feel very much at home. I loved that just about everything was super clean and new.

The surrounding area is a bit meh, and a little removed from campus.

The room was nice, the breakfast was great , gym and pool were good.

Location, had to Uber pretty much everywhere . Next time I’ll rent a car. Not all the staff were helpful .

Room temperature (room 108) was a little too warm. Daughter’s thermostat (room 220)had to be replaced and replacement did not resolve problem.

Spacious suite with two beds and kitchen. Pool, parking available WiFi with no problems

The refrigerator was super noisy when it was turning on. Host should replace that one or repair

Location, easy underground parking - it was raining- very clean, quiet.

Noisy heating fan. Bedside light bulb burned out.
