The staff was amazing! Very friendly, professional and helped me with everything I needed. I loved the location and felt very safe and a great stay for someone keeping the budget low. Loved that I was next to the mall. Definitely recommend this place to everyone trying to save money and feel safe in a great location.

Upon arrival walking down the hall all you could smell was food and it wasn't even the good food smell my only other complaint was to need heavier blankets on the bed or at least have one available in the room

it was wonderful and a value , just wish they would use some air purifiers or Febreze, due to so many smokers in the building the rooms and halls are thick and stuffy w smoky stale air.

Updated room, nice staff - they were incredible helpful with check-in. People were arriving at two different times due to snowy/icy roads.

There are two hotels with the same name close to each other. When we called to confirm both names were on the reservation the initial person we spoke to at corporate was not helpful. Called back to talk to the front desk, who informed us of this issue. On site people are great, info should be passed on to corporate.

The location was perfect for us. We wanted to explore the campus, downtown and some of the restaurants and breweries around Ann Arbor. The room size was perfect! We loved the space.

The rooms could use some updating. The breakfast was slim pickings. Just coffee, granola bars and small muffins. Would’ve liked to see something hot or more offered.

I felt secure in the building. It was quiet. My room was very clean. Mr. Justin and the Maintainance Gentleman were great communicators. Thank you for breakfast.

Pretty much everything. Breakfast could use work but it is the same nationwide exten a stays.

There really wasn't anything I did not like.

Location. We were in town for the art fair and had to catch the bus at the mall next door.

Broken elevator. Had to climb steps with luggage at 68, the steps themselves were a challenge, let alone carry bags.

I had a quick trip to Ann Arbor. I did not eat breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning. It was an ok hotel. I just needed a place to lay my head. I would recommend it for a quick stay but not necessarily for those vacationing.

The kitchenette feature made it easier for me to make some meals and save money.

I would mention, be sure to clean out the overflow drains in the bathroom sink. Mine was partially filled with crud.
