I liked the cebtral location, the size of the room/unit and the price value. The virtual staff was helpful when issues came up and they were responsive. Space was modern, if spare. The amenities of the room were excellent (full kitchen, washer dryer erc) were excellent for the price point. Facility was clean and well maintained.

The virtual concept without on-site hospitality staff only works if the digital cobstrucr for check-in times and systems works. It didn't on my check-in, and I know it didn't for others checking in near me. Once solved, it was fine, and text worked for questions and answers. There were nice sized rooms/efficiencies but sometimes missing things that would make sense, like a desk with zero lighting, for example. Also, the fact that they took a $250 hold for a one night stay and sit on it for SEVEN days (not the normal 2-3) is seriously wrong. It's a new hospitality model that has the potential to be quite good. Right now, it's just good. But I would try it again.

It would have been helpful to have some orientation to the remote identification system in advance.

Upon arrival in our 90 in tall van, we discovered that it was too tall for either of the neighboring parking garages. Upon phoning, the agent could only repeat the `fine print' about not taking responsibility for parking. This was quite stressful, until we met someone on the street who could direct to a parking facility on an adjacent street. Parking is the first issue a guest faces and should receive clear instructions about options in the vicinity of the unit.

Location downtown was great! Very close and walkable to Main Street. There was a full kitchen, which was nice. The fitness center was also really nice.

We were on the 2nd floor overlooking an alley, which meant that we heard the coming and going of garbage/recycling trucks at 6:30 AM every morning. The walls are also thin, so we used a white noise machine each night. The drapes were thin, so there was a lot of low light throughout the night. The air conditioning was a split unit that worked, but the heat in July made it less optimal for our visit.

The location is very convenient to explore UMich and downtown Ann Arbor. The room was comfortable and the well-equipped kitchen and ensuite laundry would have been useful if we were staying for longer.

Our room faced an alley with very bright lights, so our room was illuminated at night even when we pulled down the shades. Blackout shades are needed. I really appreciated the luggage storage area, but we got locked out of the property even though it said we'd have access to the luggage room until 5pm. There is no staff onsite, and we waited on hold for 5-10 minutes to talk to someone on the phone, which felt like an eternity since we had a bus to catch. The person on the phone was able to open the doors for us remotely.

The location is perfect, in the center of downtown, very closed to the UofM campus. The suite room is very spacious, clean and rich of necessities for a family stay in the kitchen, living room and bed room. The hotel is nice of noise isolation. We came as a family including a golden retriever who pretty enjoy the stay here. The public parking lot is very convenient, just 1 min walk away, and parking fee is affordable.

The security code doesn't work at first place, but happen to see the on-site staff who is very frindely and helpful to solve the problem in time.

This is a great location if you want to be walking distance within Downtown Ann Arbor. (I booked it to attend a downtown event.) The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was a nice view over a beatifully lit downtown Ann Arbor for the holidays.

Biggest concern: the code did not work for the elevator. The code worked for the room door and for the staircase. So upon arrival it required a walk up to the 5th floor. (When I arrived, there was another guest who also could not get elevator to work, and yet other guests on 5th floor hall were also complaining about the elevator.) Big picture: this is a great option if everything goes as planned. Just understand: if you have issue with elevator, wifi (we did), or otherwise, there's no one on site to help and the electronic response was not prompt. It was also a fairly loud environment until after midnight.

Great location right in the middle of downtown Ann Arbor, but if u have a dog it’s inconvenient to walk for them to use the bathroom (that’s expected given its location). We had 2 balconies in our room and the roof top deck was nice, also. The Thursday night comedy show in the basement of the property is a must see, it’s 5.00 and we had a blast, drinks were reasonable, also.

Parking sucks, it’s 1.50/hour at either of the 2 garages near the property. If you can get lucky and find a spot in front u can park for free on the street from 6pm-8am Mon-Sat and free all day Sunday(garage is also free on Sunday) street parking is 2.40/hour from 8am-6pm so it’s still cheaper to park there all day and walk around town instead of utilizing the parking garage.

I found Exhibit A2's unique and innovative approach to the check-in process very nice. It eliminated the traditional procedures in favor of a code sent directly through their booking system. I found it to be very convenient. Additionally, the in-room entertainment options are exceptional. It had a variety of streaming services that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The kitchen facilities were impressive. They provided modern equipment and a well-stocked cabinet full of all the essential cooking and dining utensils. This definitely encouraged me to cook my own meals. This not only made my stay more homely but also offered a cost-effective alternative to eating out, which is a usual consequence of hotel stays. Overall, my stay at Exhibit A2 was great. This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Ann Arbor, especially for stays of a week or longer. Its combination of modern conveniences, entertainment options, and practical kitchen amenities makes it a highly recommendable option for both short and extended visits.

There are a few points I would like to suggest to Exhibit A2 to fix so that the next person can get a better impression of your rooms. 1) Where the desk is there is no light and therefore very dark to sit at. Add desk light or overhead light please. 2) There are places on the walls where there are scruff marks and paint coming off. 3) Not sure when the last time the Keurig machine in my room was cleaned. However, when I tried your coffee pods, the coffee and / or water tasted terrible. 4) The hand towel hanger next to sink in bathroom is not secure in its holder. It completely comes out of holder if you take the hand towel off hanger.

The location was great. The room has a kitchen and washing facilities which was very handy. It had a lovely outdoor area for some fresh air. The room was spacious and quiet. We were able to store our bags as we arrived early and we were able to have a later check out.

The bedroom had glass bricks, no windows but no blinds, and a light from the carpark a few blocks down shone straight into the bedroom so it didn't get dark at all. This made sleeping a bit difficult. Plus there is no onsite reception, everything is done online which makes it more like an airbnb - not necessarily a negative just something to be aware of if you are booking with them.

The location was great. The unit size and full sized appliances were great. Washer and dryer in the unit! The balcony was lovely. Bedding, towels were high quality. The bath products were very nice. The furniture was sturdy, but comfortable. The staff I texted with were polite and quick to respond.. There were lots of restaurants that were walkable.

The hallways were dim. There was a lot of noise in the building overnight. Banging sounds ( maybe from the nearby elevator). The ceiling fans were dusty, there was a leftover helium balloon on the ceiling, ( leading me to think that less attention was paid to cleaning the unit). The TV in one bedroom turned on " by itself" multiple times... probably another guest's remote.
