Balcony pool option was nice for the family. Architecture and design of the building is worth the boutique price. The extra perks made up for elements being closed on weeknights.

Pool rules were limiting for children - but adults hours were much more disruptive. It made it hard when traveling between the time zones, since your pool hours were comparatively short (average 10pm for kids). Desk also only enforced the rules on my family after I asked for a new key card (mine touched magnetic hematite bought in town), which felt very unwelcoming. The hotel really didn't feel family friendly in spite of the appearance online.

Both the hotel and restaurant staff went above and beyond to exceed expectations. Thank you all so much.

Mixed up dinner and breakfast orders a bit but was happy to accommodate us. They had forgotten an orange juice for breakfast and served the wrong potatoes for dinner. Please be sure to check all order slips before delivery to be sure order is correct.

The indoor pool and hot tub were great. The bar was convenient and happy hour had really good appetizers.

Had to park a ways out in the lot and it was raining…

The location was convenient to other things we visited in Ann Arbor. The indoor pool/recreation area was well maintained and had a very nice adjacent outdoor area as well. Although the hotel was older, the room was recently updated with some cool tech features in the bathroom, and nice finishes. The restaurant had tons of character, and the food and service were excellent.

We had a poolside room, which was a great convenience, but also kept us awake on the second night, as other guests were enjoying the pool all the way up to the time it closed, at midnight. The indoor pool area itself was rather warm. If you weren't in the pool, it was downright hot.

Was there for a wedding and stayed the night after. Enjoyed everything about the place from the lounge, reception room to the room. I loved the heated floor in the bathroom.

There was nothing about the hotel that I did not like.

I absolutely loved the musical mirrors and access to the pool area from Our balcony!

I was looking for a microwave to warm up my food And could not believe there wasn’t one available.
