Booked this place because it was just a mile from our son's apartment. We're glad we did. With a humongous room, two queen beds, a sofa and a worktable, we were never lacking for space. The fridge, microwave and sink are welcome, though we never did use them, preferring to eat out instead. Definitely staying here on our next visit to Ann Arbor.

The breakfast spread was a tad limited, but then I guess that is true of most American hotel chains. Here in India, we're used to a large spread spanning English, American and Asian selections so I guess we're spoilt for choice :-)

The location was great as far as not being in too crowded area such as downtown Ann Arbor but within a reasonable distance to all the places downtown has to offer. The place was nice and clean. They have friendly staff as well.

It might just be because I’m huge pregnant, but I found that the beds were a little too firm. Obviously that’s a matter of opinion. Other than that; no complaints at all.

The first room that was given to us had wifi that didn't work the tv. The receptionist tried to help us, but after 3 phonecards we could not find a reconnect button and she couldn't leave the front desk It would have been very helpful if a maintenance person could have been available to come to our room to help. There was no one available to do that, so we were assigned to a different room. That was good and the tv worked.

The room decor was so nice and a new style from other HI that we’ve stayed at. Loved it!

The breakfast was on the empty side. The oatmeal was too thick and no milk. Probably our timing on the milk. It needed more choices in sweet rolls etc. and fruit.

Functional breakfast. Quite acceptable. Room size and amenities were good. Prompt serving staff. Plenty of free parking. Good WiFi in the business centre. Food deliveries are allowed to come up directly to the room without us having to go down for collection.

- Bed springs were creaky and could be better. - Internet/Wi-Fi in the room was choppy and there were frequent disconnects during Zoom/Teams/Webex meetings.

The breakfast was outstanding and Angel was absolutely amazing! He was very attentive and friendly. The staff was always there to help and very kind. The location was very easy to get downtown in a very short amount of time. The pool was the highlight for the 6, 8, and 9 year old we traveled with. We used the laundry and it was quick and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location to car dealership we had an appointment

Breakfast was a little small on selection, need to provide cooking spray for waffle maker, everyone was having issues. Add biscuits and gravy, oatmeal was very watery.

Shower …. Water running down on the shower floor runs out onto the bathroom floor making it slippery and dangerous … strong possibility for falling

The breakfast was very satisfying with a varied selection of items available. The location was close to where I wanted to be. The room was comfortable.

The cost was a bit high.
