Location convenient Property was clean Bed comfortable

Property was fine, however I stopped by around 1:00 pm hoping for an early check-in but a room wasn’t yet available, but would be at 3:00. Fine. I asked for a 1st floor room not far from the lobby. No problem - come at 3:00. Arrived at 3:30 - no room ready on the 1st floor.

The staff was really friendly and helpful! I arrived super late because of my delayed flight but to my Suprise someone was still at the front desk. Thats great service!

There wasn't really a business center. Just a small computer and printer tucked away in a corner by the eating area. The hotel had great amenities, but it would definitely be a positive change to see a dedicated quiet room for business people.

Location was great, room was clean, staff was friendly, good breakfast options. Parking was adequate. Loved that there was a good sense of Michigan football happenings by the staff.

Breakfast area was small and made it hard to navigate when crowded. Wish we would have been able tot try out the pool; it looked like maybe they hosted a swimming party one morning?

The room was clean and so comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. My family enjoyed the pool and loved that there were even some pool toys available to guest for use. The breakfast was warm and delicious in the morning. I would absolutely recommend and would book again.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, free breakfast, short walk to a mall, coin laundry and kitchen facilities in room.

The pots and pans in the room were not clean-we needed to rewash them. There was jam smeared in the microwave. I got a bagel for breakfast and it was very dry- probably been sitting in plastic wrap for days.

We liked that the room was spacious and clean.

There was a time little bit of dried out what looked like chicken on the night stand.

How attentive and professional the staff was, and yet so personable. Well done! Also loved how pet friendly your facility is.

No coffee filters in the room. And staff had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast demands a couple mornings. We went out for breakfast the last 2 mornings of our stay.

The room provided all essentials necessary...large refrigerator, microwave, etc. The staff provided me with a room furthest away from the highway for restful sleep as I'm dealing with sleep issues.

Clean room and perfect location which is close to large mall and small lake. I didn't use but there is indoor pool. The reception lady was very kind.

Little bit higher price.

The breakfast was ok. I had eggs, coffee, and a muffin. I believe there was an option to make a waffle and there was also fruit. The room appeared to be very clean. The pillows were soft. Plenty of towels were provided. There was a nice couch to sit on and a workspace. The kitchen was very nice with appliances and utensils. I didn't utilize the outside area or pool but noticed a large grill and seating area for outside which was nice. It was fairly quiet even though it is pet friendly. The view from our room was nice. Shampoo and Conditioner were very nice as well.

In the picture of the suite I chose, the layout looked a little larger with a large bathroom counter and a separate area for the couch/work area. In fact, these were all together. The counter space was limited. Breakfast choices could have been a little better. There didn't seem to be much staff. I called customer service at one point and received no answer. (though the person there was friendly when we came in.)
