Ease of booking through 3rd party site. Good hotel bar and lounge area. Friendly staff. Nice maid staff. Reception gave us a voucher for a free breakfast. Liked earlier check0in time. Ease of access to side doors to parking lot. Everything worked. Nice front staff. Fine if you are from the area, otherwise would have felt lost or unsure what to do.

Building seemed old and dated under the modern renovations. Tucked away from walking distance to anything except Wendy's. Known as "The Wendy's Holiday Inn." Far from downtown A2. If we didnt have a car we wouldnt have been able to do anything. Room seemed expensive for what it was. TV old and couldnt stream our services. Walls seemed thin.

This location was perfect as it was near the highway, shopping center, and Ray Fisher Stadium. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodated a slightly earlier check-in with our kiddos.

My only issues were with the pool which had way too much chlorine and had a cloudy color to the pool water. Additionally, the fitness center stationary bike has broken straps on the pedals so I couldn't use it and there were no towels or water available.

Clean, safe, convenient area

Back and side doors were not working with the key cards. Had to use front door, but there was ever only available parking spaces in the back. Also hotel room card keys would not work well at all. Had to swipe 10 times to get into room. Lastly, when we checked in, the front desk person gave two complimentary tickets for the breakfast buffet since the side and back doors were not working and I said well the hotel showed breakfast included anyway and he said no it isn't. Turns out he was wrong.

We were visiting a student at U of M so location was great. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of staff. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Kudos to General Manager Alexis Fleming!

I didn't realize there was no free continental breakfast. They had a regular dining room serving meals at a fee. There was free coffee. Would have appreciated a bowl of fruit available.

Deshawna and all the staff were super friendly and made our time at the hotel even better! Super easy to get to university and we loved that!

The gym was very basic - but I was able to do what I needed.

Shades. We stayed in room 408. The outside light lite up our room. I had hard time sleeping. No remote control in room

The hotel and room were Exceptionally Clean!! Staff was so helpful and kind!

The entrance hall carpeting from rear entrance was ruffled and needed to be Pull and Set Tightly, without wrinkles in the carpet. So easy to Trip and Fall.

Lights are nice and bright. All the furnitures and bathroom are super clean!

I prepaid full amount $182.04 when I booked online. They asked me to pay $25 when I checked in. Then I found out front desk charged me another 182.04 on my credit card. AGAIN!!!! I have to go back there and ask for explanation. Also free breakfast is really poor no warm food it’s not worth to pay that much for just sleeping there.

It was very adequate

It was very overpriced and they did not increase staff to account for demand of more clients in spite of charging sooo much money above their normal rates.

Good air quality, very comfortable spacious room, clean, staff, location, inviting lobby, comfortable dining and bar, patio, workout room nice indoor pool, coffee in room, mic and fridge, good size TV.

minor inconvenience was the key cards didn’t always work, and an elevator glitch.
