Convenient location- quick drive to the interstate, mall, big box stores; several restaurants and Whole Foods are walkable. Laundry machines were functional and free. Room was pretty clean, updated, and well-maintained, but it did have a strange odor at first that bordered on burnt hair. Didn't get charged for parking after all. This place is light years better than the other long-term hotel in the area in terms of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

Check-in took a long time because they were short-staffed- person in front of me said they'd been waiting 20 minutes and together we waited almost 10 for someone to come to the front desk. Various parts of the hallway in my section looked a little worse for wear- carpet could have used a deep clean, paint touched up, etc. Walls and doors are very thin. Parking lot needs some repairs.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious with a good work area. The bed was comfortable. The workout room has a variety of weights and machines. The laundry room is free. Sonesta is adjacent to a Panera Bread and Moe's Mexican Grill and across the street from Whole Foods, REI and a bus stop. The surrounding neighborhood is walkable and quite pretty. The head housekeeper is excellent at her job so your room will be sparkling clean. I will definitely return.

Greater shower pressure.

The location was handy for Downtown Ann Arbor (10 min drive) and there were plenty of restaurants near the hotel, which was in a leafy, corporate campus area. Very friendly and welcoming staff who gave us all the information about our stay right at check-in. The Room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The kitchenette had everything one would need to dine in-room and the bathroom was roomy and clean. The main bed was excellent and it was handy to have a sofa bed. There was a large table to work or dine on, and it was big enough to do both at the same time. The HDTVs (2) were excellent with a vast variety of channels available. Closet and drawer storage was generous and clean.

The sofa bed (which I had to use) was OK, but not especially comfortable. When the bed was open, there was no AC outlet, table or light by the bedside, so you had to fumble around in the dark to get in. The air-conditioning (which wasn't needed since the nights I spent there were cool) was fairly quiet, but there didn't seem to be any way to completely turn it off. Moving the coffee table to open the bed took 2 people. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery when wet, not helped by the tiny bath mat provided. Though there were installed pumps for shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, the bathroom contained 1 tiny bar of soap.

Full kitchen amenities, plenty of clean towels and bed linens, TV channels, smoke free, free wifi, walking distance to a variety of eateries/restaurants & Whole Foods, plenty of parking, close to highway - no need to drive into busy town, quiet, polite & helpful staff.

They only clean the rooms once a week. I stayed for a week, and although I started out with a very clean room, it did not get cleaned until the day I left.

Close to lots of convenient shops like Meijer, Target and the Briarwood mall. Multiple bus lines that can take you into town. Free laundry was a bonus. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and has a great set of cookware.

The room was very dusty and there were cobwebs in some of the corners. In the corridor there was a very strong perfume smell which was overpowering.

Comfortable rooms, updated decor. Plenty of room in 1 bedroom suite. 3 floors, easy in and out, plenty of parking. Perfect location for going to the Big house. About 1.5 miles walk to the game. Convenience stores and plenty of shopping and food options close by. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Some of the carpets in hallways were pretty beat, otherwise generally a nice hotel.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and the property was clean. We love the option of having a small kitchen (especially the fridge) when we're staying someplace for more than a couple of days. Having these available as well as being clean and comfortable was a lovely bonus at this price point.

The hotel was clean, and quiet each night, despite the fact that I was on the first floor. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

I have called numerous times to get the 100 deposit returned to me to no avail. I was told it would be reflected on my credit card 7 to 10 business days after my stay. I have now contacted staff at the 🛏️ hotel and the manager by email 5 times, and the matter remains unresolved.

It was fine but also common spacer were quite old I believe. The room was big for one person.

That they did not give me the invoice even when it was an information on booking that they would.

Clean towels, fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, dishwasher, independent aircon unit. Location - easy to get a Uber within 5 min, near I94 freeway, 7 min walk to Whole Foods

Carpet floor was not properly vacuumed. On last night, occupant in room above was beating up a woman. I called front desk to ask they call police but beating continued from 11 pm to 6 pm. I didn’t sleep a wink due to noise & woman crying.
