Property and employees were great super kind and helpful ! Atmosphere amazing ! Complimentary drinks upon your arrival and all !

My credit card was charged a numerous amount of times for some odd reason and I didn’t understand why and staff was unable to explain it as well . Even after checking out which i didn’t stay my full two days that I booked so I checked out really early my credit card was STILL charged after leaving.

Stayed 3 nights and were so impressed with the value of what we experienced/received. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and offered a champagne to toast - how cool is that? We were on the second floor and had a private greenery view facing the interstate (which wasn't that loud), honestly it was very quiet the whole stay and we enjoyed the blackout curtains at night. We appreciated the coffee/tea in the room, the fridge/microwave, and tv - not smart. Housekeeping came by each day.

My only recommendations would be to add a shelf beneath the sink for storing items, and get new pillows.

I loved the Kensington. It was very well maintained and the restaurant was a special feature that we ended up using several times and each time, the food was a pleasant surprise. It was obviously crafted by someone that wanted diners to feel special. Everyone throughout the hotel was so kind and helpful. We signed up for the extra option of a super late check out for an added fee and that worked out very well because we were for a sporting event and needed to shower before getting on the road back home.

There was ample parking except for one day when there was a wedding.

Property was clean inside and out. It has good furniture. Beds were very comfortable. AC and heater worked efficiently.

The physical fitness room was not open during our stay, but we could have used the one next-door. We did not because it was just inconvenient. I did not see a notification on the website concerning the closure of the physical fitness room nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return

Easy access to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Great atmosphere. The room was clean. TV channel selection was good.

Executive King Suite is a bit of an overstatement of the accommodations you get. For the most part it is just a typical hotel room with a king bed. The sofa bed was awful. The bathroom is small and the front of the toilet is too close to the wall.

The location is perfect due to its accessibility to I-94. It is also right across the street from the mall and several restaurants. The room was well-lit and the bed was comfortable. I also loved that they were able to accommodate my requests (high floor, away from elevators and ice machines). That level of customer service was certainly appreciated!

The bathroom could use some updating and I feel like it wasn't as clean as it should have been due to my having found stray hairs in the shower, a chip on the toilet lid, and the grout around the tile being less than stellar - that was a bit off-putting at first blush. Finally, the pillows are extremely soft. If there were a way for guests to have firmness options, that would be fantastic.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. The facility was clean and well equipped. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The only negative thing I have to say is about the bed pillows. For such an upscale hotel, they were flimsy and offered no support. I suggest you see about getting better ones.

It was very nice

The toilet is far too low and I requested handicapped consideration and had walk a long way to get to the room. There was a wedding there so I guess the front desk staff were too busy. I as misinformed about breakfast. I understood we were to have complimentary breakfast with the room but instead I had to pay for the buffet. Total lack of communication

Attentive and courteous staff. Clean facilities.

Surge pricing. Stayed for graduation weekend at U of M. Double regular rate. $1300 for two nights stay. The football team stays here, so one would think that the hotel would not double its prices for parents of students for graduation week. But all the hotels within close proximity to campus do it. Basically pay surge pricing or don’t stay anywhere close to campus for graduation. Hopefully the hotel takes alll the cash to do some upgrades.

The room was very clean. I liked that the room had a fridge and a coffeemaker. I appreciated that they had a sign for my door to let housekeeping know I had a dog. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The outdoor courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. The location was perfect to catch the shuttle bus to the Ann Arbor Art Fair. I didn't have to deal with traffic and parking downtown.

Although the room was on the first floor, it wasn't near a door which made taking my dog out more difficult. The pet walking area was not easily accessible. We had to go out the front door and walk all the way around the building. Also, the ice machine was in a different wing so it was kind of far away.
