Clean! Loved the plant wall behind the check-in desk!! 🪴 Staff was welcoming. We ate breakfast one morning at the hotel - delicious! I appreciated the evening herbal hot tea and citrus-flavored water in the reception area. Yes, we’d stay here again.

The bathroom could use a couple more towel bars. One on the wall to the left of the sink would be really useful. Another one near the shower would be good.

A very fresh-looking hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. We loved the location.

The coffee maker is in an awkward location, and it took a bit of tugging and repositioning in order to pour the water. The alarm in the room, obviously set by the previous guest, went off at 6:00 a.m.!

Smelled like weed on our floor as soon as we got off the elevator and someone got sick in the drinking fountain in the pool area but was address as soon as we told them

Didn't receive our first breakfast included due to cook cut their finger and needed to go to get it checked out. The second breakfast was fine. Not the best that we have had but it was good.

This would have been our 3rd stay and overall, I would say that the cleanliness was just ok compared to the other stays. There was room for improvement but it wasn't outright gross either.

The pool was nice and a good size, the room was comfortable.

The crib provided was rickety and loud, would not recommend using it. We were disappointed that there was no included breakfast, but instead you had to purchase breakfast at the small restaurant.

It was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Everything was provided. It was very quiet and had a calming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got hours of much needed rest!

Elevators were a little slow. Also, the toilet was REALLY loud when flushing.

Walked into a bright, clean lobby, and greeted by a friendly staff member who was very kind. Off to my room, which was spacious and comfortable, clean and quiet. If you're in or around Ann Arbor, this is a great place to stay.
