Location is awesome. Hotel appears to be brand new, immaculate! Bright and light decor. Did not experience breakfast, pool, or other options. The king bed was very comfortable. Rated it a 10 overall!

Only improvement could be with the hostess. Very friendly but had little knowledge about the area. Inquired about a meeting place, only about 3 miles from hotel. She didn’t have any knowledge of the neighboring streets, nor did she seek assistance to resolve issue. But this doesn’t lower my rating of 10.

Tables on each side of the bed with charging outlets were very convenient. Also having the movable table by the sofa was a nice addition. The large walk in shower with the controls on the opposite end of the spray was really nice. Very attractive decor & really like the window treatment.

No lock on the sliding bathroom door. Not an issue for us during this stay but could be in an issue depending on who all was sharing the room. If possible it would be nice to have some sort of hook or latch to secure the door from inside the bathroom. Just a slight leaning against it or having it bumped with luggage made it slide open.

The free breakfast was very nice:small scones and muffins, sausage links one day smoked sausage pieces the next, fried egg patties one day, boring scrambled the other, yummy pumpkin spice or vanilla waffles, bagels, toast English muffins. Great variety.

In our accessible room, the toilet was old school. It should have been at ADA height.

We liked the fact that the room was nice and clean and ready for us when we arrived. Also front desk staff was nice and kind to see us get there well. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh. A++ for me. Also I was greeted with a welcome Rev. On the tv screen. I found that to be awesome. Thanks.

That my stay was just one night. Had to get back to Rockford after my family conference. So we had to check out in the am the next day. Maybe next time.

Clean, safe, spacious room, quality bed linens, great big TV that showed "Welcome Marilyn", when I walked into our room. There was a frig and microwave, both clean and in good working order. We plan to be in the area again in a few days, so I will give them another try.

The breakfast was sub-par from many other Hampton Inn's we have stayed in. The waffle irons were not working and the oatmeal in the crockpot was cold at 8am. The muffins were stale and the few yogurt cups were not refilled when empty.

The people in the room next to me were excessively loud during various times of the day. The walls are not that thick and you could plainly hear the parent yelling either early I. The morning or late at night.

Pool

Price. First 2 nights were $310 each. Said there was a convention, but it certainly didn't seem full to me! And even if it were, is that a valid reason to Jack the price sky high??

Location was a short walk from a wedding venue and the golf course. Room was huge and truly enjoyed this. There's a strip mall with a few restaurants next door if that is needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, overall great stay.

Very clean. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection and an efficient layout.

Had to wait for room even though it was after check-in time. Bathroom door would not stay closed (barn door with no latch and no way to keep it from sliding back open).

The property was absolutely amazing and very clean.

The female mgr on duty at the time of check in was not cooperative when not being able to find my reservation information. She was very short and did not try finding another solution. I had to call Booking.com in order to get my reservation straightened out...
