The location was a perfect location for my Karl's Cabin Memorial, and my visits to the Matthaei Botanical Garden, the University of Michigan, a friend west of Ann Arbor, and the airport. I really liked the compact room!

I wish hotels would offer healthier breakfasts like better fruit choices. Too many carbohydrates and sugar. I recommend an oatmeal with no sugar (we can add our own), bananas, blueberries (you can buy frozen!), better apples than 'Delicious' like Gala or other. At least.

The location is close to the North Campus and some places for shopping and dining. The staff helped me a lot by answering questions as well as borrowing scissors etc. I used a rent a car so the proximity to the free way and a free parking lot are very important. At the same time, I needed to go to the down town Ann Arbor by bus, and the bus service s available. Lastly I enjoyed creating a waffle and eat it.

I wish more variety for the breakfast especially a bit of vegetables. The wind from the air conditioner is a bit strong.

It was convenient to Mott Children's hospital where our grandson was having surgery.

There was a clock radio with USB ports on it that didn't work. Couldn't charge my phone. There was an error by the front desk person in taking our credit card payment. I had enough to cover our stay, and when they had to make an adjustment and use the card again, the card was rejected. Had to get another card out and caused financial issues as it took almost a week for us to get the stay credited back to the original card I used. Didn't need that hassle on a holiday weekend with no banking accessibility. When I asked the front desk about the refund timeframe the next day, they were somewhat flippant in responding with, "it's a holiday".

Property was clean. The beds were comfortable. Wasn't super impressed with the shower. Staff was friendly and seemed like a good value.

Showerhead was very small and not much pressure and loose so you couldn't adjust the height. Took a long time to get warm water, but that may have been overuse by everybody. Otherwise, the room was nice.

Very clean, comfortable room. Compact but contained everything we needed, including a microwave and mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was better than we expected, and included yogourt and hard-boiled eggs. There was plenty of parking, and the area felt safe. I read complaints about noise levels so I requested a room in the quietest area and we didn’t hear any traffic at all.

I appreciate their effort to be environmentally friendly, and this is a gentle suggestion: maybe they could provide reusable mugs and cutlery in the breakfast area instead of plastic cutlery and paper cups individually wrapped in plastic bags.

We love the breakfast with food such as Belgian waffle and the place. The place can be more spacious and a little more encapsulated.

We stay at romm 322, and when I turned on the shower, the water was not gushing out; I had to spend some time figuring out how to turn on the shower. Neverthless, the water would not turn warm quite soon enough, maybe it is located at the far away from the boiler talking time to bring the hot water. The staff at the front desk could show more friendliness.

The staff was very accommodating with my request for a quiet room. I'm a light sleeper. When I arrived the room was exactly to my request...top floor, end of the hall, away from the elevator and ice machine. However, I hadn't bargained on the busy highway nearby.The manager, Joy, was fantastic about moving me to the other side of the hallway, same floor, etc...no highway noise! Great stay, great value, professional and kind staff!

A small refrigerator to store milk, cream cheese, and butter would be a great addition to the breakfast options. Milk was sitting in a carafe on the counter, which made me hesitant to use it with cereal.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Having a microwave and refrigerator in the room is a nice bonus. There as a funny smell in the room (plastic smell?), which may have been connected to the renovations taking place.

It was clean and quiet! The staff were prompt with check in and check out. Overall a great experience!

The fitted sheets are too small. 😬 It fell off in the night and I was sleeping on the plastic mattress protector which was very uncomfortable. Please invest in better sheets. 😊

I checked out a day early (from two rooms)and notified the front desk that this was plan in a timely manner. They told me to contact Booking for a refund. I have tried via multiple emails. Nobody from booking has gotten back to me. Is this on the property — or on you?
