All of the staff were awesome. Super friendly and attentive. When we first got there we checked in and went to our room. We were in n there for about two hours and realized that the air conditioning wasn't working very well. So I went and asked if we could switch rooms. First she sent the maintenance man to the room too see if he could fix it. He couldn't so the lady gave me a new room without hesitation. It was her first day as the front desk manager.

When we went to go leave we had a dead battery and the lady who was working that morning which was someone different wouldn't let me ask any of the employees if they could jump me.

I think her name is Alexis at the front. She’s amazing. Super helpful. Our room was super dirty and she had the problem fixed immediately. I really appreciate that after a long drive. Breakfast was also amazing. Thank you. Will stay here again.

I liked pretty much everything. Just our first room was gross and the staff missed a lot of the cleaning aspect. But it was taken care of.

I liked everything about this facility. But the owner needs to train the staff on their new system more properly because they aren’t familiar with it and a back charge was initiated on not only myself but another patron. The staff handled it professionally despite the other patron attitude towards the situation. I think the owner needs to spend the time and money to get everything up to speed and cut down on loss

The location was great, walking distance to Bob Evans and Tim Horton, IKEA. Staff, was very friendly. Pool was crystal clear!

At the pool there was a table with chairs, that was nice… but those were the only chairs besides 2 lounge chairs.. In my opinion; They need to add additional chairs & tables for guests.

Comfortable, bed good, and nice staff did all I ask of them.

No toilet paper, toilet bar was missing. No hand soap.

Nice staff, decent location. Everything in the room worked.

The room could have been just a tad bit cleaner. There was still dust and dirt on the floors. We found socks behind the side table. Just overall could have been a little cleaner.

The person at the front desk was very polite and helpful to make our stay comfortable and safe

The breakfast could of been better no fresh fruit or yogurt

The room needs to be updated. Some of the staff were not friendly. No one to speak to at check out time.

The drugs that were being used at the hotel. The bathroom and rooms needed to be updated.
