Great location (I was visiting Pelee for birdwatching), great value for the price. Unit was very clean with adequate towels/blankets. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Adequate free parking.

Only problem was that the air conditioning unit was very loud! It would wake me at night when it cut in. (Better than not having one though, it was a small issue)

Very clean room and washroom. Fridge, microwave and little table with two chairs inside room. Very close to Point Pelee Provincial Park. Discounted Caldwell Gas & Variety gas station nearby. Lots of grocery stores close by. Very friendly owner.

Beds were a little bit too high so for tall people it shouldn't be an issue, but someone small might have some problems. Not sure if all beds are the same.

The proprietor is usually on site, and very helpful. We have stayed there several times. Good value, clean and convenient.

There was not a single drawer or similar place to put anything "away" (out of sight) if leaving the room. Otherwise, all fine.

I liked the option for TV to put my own Netflix on. The price is also very good compared to places around!

The only issue I had was really the parking is a bit stressful.. Not enough room to get out.

The room was huge and had been recently repainted and refitted. The bathroom, kitchen sink, lights etc all seemed like new. It was bigger and better than I had expected.

Room clean and spacious. Manager seemed nice, personable. Central to everything we wanted. Quiet and comfortable. My wife was obliged to attend a Zoom meeting one evening, and the WiFi was good enough to manage it.

Whole batch of cupboards and drawers below kitchen type sink raised hopes for cups and bowls, but nothing in cupboards. We hadn't asked for a kitchenette, so no biggie. Microwave, but no microwavable containers available.

Comfortable, spacious, very clean. The manager is friendly and helpful.

Bed is a bit high for my short disabled wife. We always carry a six inch stool that fixes that problem.

The size of the room was very spacious, definitely enjoyed my stay there. I will be booking with them in the future.

The room was very large and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The owner who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The outside looks like a typical motel but inside the room you feel like you are at a hotel.

It was quiet, proprietor is helpful and friendly. Good value, good location.
