The staff were great - warm and friendly. Breakfast was good and the serving staff were cheerful and patient, which was nice.

The pool was not so clean. Needed more chairs for parents watching kids. Also, we found the construction dust in the halls a little off-putting but we also understand that it couldn't be avoided. It would have been good to have had a discounted price on the suite because of the construction in progress.

Location was great, casino and restaurant within a few steps. Hit breakfast was very good, staff was friendly.

Noise level, the walls are thin and even people walking by your door sound like they are right next to you. We had a group in a few rooms staying near our room and you could hear them very loudly in their room which was 2 or 3 fine from us. Ok at 10-10:30 but by 11:30 it was getting annoying. Not hotels fault just inconsiderate guests.

We stayed here due to a flood in our home and the staff were all friendly and very accomidating to what we needed. The pool was closed due to renovations but that didn't bother us

The convenience...close to anywhere you need to go in Chatham...the breakfast...and the staff were amazing

The bass type humming in the walls from piping or the buildings.. central air or something... especially heard when quiet ...and l love quiet especially when time to sleep

Great location. T.V was easy to navigate. The room was clean. Very good breakfast buffet. Lots of parking out back with rear entrance. Wonderful restaurant right next door at the casino.

I forgot my phone charger and they were unable to locate it. That's unfortunate as it will cost me $ 30 to replace it.

Beds and pillows so comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It is out of their control but noise, etc as renovating parts of the hotel is goi g on.

Staff is always good at Holiday Inn Express. I've never had a bad experience

the shampoo etc. Never going to use a big bottle that gets refilled when I have no idea what the people before me were like. Feels like using someone else's toothbrush ;)

They had gluten free bread and muffins and also decaf coffee. This made the world of difference to me. Edna, who looks after the express breakfast is amazing and makes sure everyone can find what they want

Everything was up to par

Check in was pretty easy. I rented the wrong movie by accident and wasn’t charged. Only charged for 1 which was nice they caught that without me saying anything.

Different pillow types would be nice.

We loved it and the lady running it deserves a recognition it was busy but she made me my pancakes and they were so good … I will always stay here if I am in Chatham it’s fun
