The room was quite spacious even with 2 large beds. All facilities worked including microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Despite the issue of the floor cleaning as per my dislike’s below, the room was very comfortable. The close proximity to the nice park by the river. It was nice to sit and have some food and drink at the picnic tables provided on a calm summer night. Three deer walked past the car park driveway as we arrived.

There were not enough car parking spaces for the number of rooms. The cleaners had used a little too much chemical on the floor and it was a bit slippery and the room had a slight odour as we entered the room.

I was in a queen room on the second floor. It had a separate living room area with a TV. I liked that it had a table with chairs for eating a meal. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan in the vaulted ceiling.

I found the couch uncomfortable so I watched TV in the bedroom area as they had two TVs in the room I had booked. Parking spaces are small/tight. Other guests park on the lines and make it difficult to get your vehicle in.

I liked the large size of the room, the cleanliness of the room, the flat screen tv, and the bodum for coffee in the morning.

While I like a clean room, the smell of cleaner was too strong and kept me up coughing for most of the night. I opened the window to air out the room, but it took a long time for me to stop coughing.

Room is beautifully decorated, clean, plenty of space, comfortable bed, very nice lighting and attention to detail. The hosts are extremely friendly and the food is delicious and generous portions. They waved the dog fee since I booked online which was a nice surprise

Only thing I can think of is the ceiling fan makes a noise that gets annoying

I had to leave after the first night because of a family emergency and weather forecast was suggesting bad road conditions the next day. My work encouraged me to leave for Winnipeg that day. Although I DO understand that this all came about late in the day, I was disappointed to discover that management was unwilling to give me a break on the reservation for the second night. So, as it turned out, I had to pay full price for the second night when I wasn't there.

Comfortable two room suite. Nice view on the lake. Walking distance to a good grocery and laundromat. Nice sitting in front with a fountain.

Over priced. Shower floor very slippery. The kitchen was under stocked didn't have basic glasses or bowls. Missing a curtain on a windy so could see inside. TV required a Roku account. Balcony furniture too dirty to sit on. Kitchen had only one bright light.

Very comfortable and clean. We loved the location with a nice little grocery next door and very small beach a very short walk away. There were also many kayak launch sites nearby.

This isn't really a didn't like, but there are stairs for pretty much all the units so if there are mobility considerations, I suggest going elsewhere.

Best bathtub ever!

Parking spaces much too narrow for today’s travelers. Too many travelers driving the oversized trucks that’s made to haul trailers and other heavy machinery. We hybrid drivers don’t stand a chance to squeeze between 2 trucks.

We've stayed here once before and we had a great experience both times. The rooms are rustic, but nice and clean with comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Any time we're in the Kenora area we will choose this hotel.

There was no breakfast, but the Inn did have a take out Chinese food restaurant at the front. I have a bad knee, and was given an upstairs room. When I went back to the desk and asked if they had a room with less stairs, they were able to accommodate that and it was great. I love that they are also pet friendly
