Location was great for our travels. Wendy’s, Tim Hortons and gas/convenience store nearby. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and pillows were good. Lots of towels etc. and the owner gave us a towel to clean our motorcycle without us even asking. They were very pleasant for check in and out. Older motel but they have really done a good job making it comfortable for a pleasant stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Also the location is pretty good: We stayed there for the night before continuing to Ottawa the next day. Tay Inn is right across a gas station and a Tim Hortons, and there are other places to eat nearby within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. We picked this one among a few other motels in the area and we made the right choice for sure :) Definitely recommend.

The reception desk is closed after midnight, which worked for us but would be problematic if we were an hour late.

Front counter check-in / check-out gentleman very friendly & pleasant. Washroom extremely clean (perhaps newly renovated.) Good-looking laminate flooring in main area. Comfortable beds.

The Motel and grounds are freshly renovated, crisp, clean, and comfortable. The location on the highway makes easy access in and out. There are good eateries and service stations nearby. Easy to access the beautiful downtown historic center. The owners and staff are very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating!!

We truly enjoyed our stay clean comfortable room quiet very friendly staff check in was great person at the desk made us feel welcomed he had a great sense of humor we will stay here again

The room was comfortable and very clean. It was good value for money. The staff was friendly and while the location required a car it suited my purposes quite well.

Very clean

The first time I stepped into shower, I slipped. Wished a hand rail had been on the shower wall.

The Inn is located close to downtown Perth. The room was very clean and spacious; had a sitting area with two armchairs and a table.

The noise was to be expected: just close to main highway. When the window facing the highway was closed it was not so bad but too hot inside. The air conditioner was working just too noisy( we are light sleepers).

Very clean and renovated motel with clean, comfortable and well-appointed Queen rooms. The hosts (owners) are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. A great place to stay (with reasonable rates) while exploring the Perth area. Highly recommended!

The room was extremely clean and tidy. It was the perfect size, comfortable bed, and lots of light from the windows which also provided a cross draft of fresh air.

It would be helpful to have a small kettle, and some fresh milk in the fridge for tea.
