The beds were incredibly comfortable, including the pillows. Slept really well as a result. Easy access to main roads and various stores/restaurants.

There didn’t appear to be a working fan in the bathroom although there was a ceiling vent. In spite of playing with the sleeping area thermostat, we had no success turning on ventilation into the bathroom. While it is a new hotel, this needs to be remedied asap considering it will ultimately become a health issue for guests. Secondly, we were really happy to see that there are rooms dedicated to individuals with mobility issues. However, the biggest oversight is those guests on the first floor not having any means to open the door to the common areas. There needs to be a button installed so the door can be opened automatically. While we stayed on the second floor, taking the stairs down, I surmise there may have been a similar issue on respective floors.

Everything was new & fresh. Breakfast was good, staff attentive.

The batteries in my remote didn’t work, my phone didn’t have a dial tone so I had to walk downstairs to ask for them. Staff called my room and said it was ringing like that would fix dial tone?? The pillows VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! All 4. Bring your own. Some young people across the hall were obnoxiously loud, I was trying to do some computer work in my room around 7-9pm & just found them ridiculous. In & out of room, door open banging closed, some swearing and mild screaming (like older kids playing). No idea where parents were. Didn’t call the desk as phone didn’t work. Just took out my hearing aids.

Clean good location

I am 73 and had major shoulder surgery on nov18. My wife is 68 with health issues. When we left there was no cart for our belongings. C-pac cooler clothes cold rush machine to keep my shoulder cold etc. the guy on the desk said we have two one is in a room somewhere the other is broken. We made several trips to load car. For God sakes buy a few more luggage carts!!!

Everything was lovely except for the narrow one lane entrance/exit. Why?

The breakfast was VERY poor. The cheapest bread and muffins should be upgraded. Surely it cannot cost that much more to have some decent breads and perhaps some packaged croissants or decent muffins. No granola was offered either. A dairy-free milk such as oat milk or soy milk would be welcome as well.

I am so sorry to say but the breakfast was not so good. Sausages - low quality and hashbrowns too dry. However, the variety of bread, muffins, yogurt was great. Please note, not everyone likes 0% fat - a bit of choice would be welcome. And perhaps better quality of dry cereal.

To be honest I expected that you guys will have a small restaurant within your hotel. I also was hoping the pool be a bit bigger. I hope with time you could have more landscape and trees growing around the building to break the visual from the industrial view.

Nice new hotel with comfortable rooms. Pretty building, good value for money. Hotel is near a number of retail facilities. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a warm accessible pool.

Booking.com did not list a pool amongst the facilities. We arrived at the hotel to find out there was indeed a pool. This was great, except that we didn’t bring bathing suits. Also, we asked for adjacent rooms. The hotel could not promise us this at time of booking. They were able to give us adjacent rooms, but it seems the hotel did not have any adjacent rooms with a door going between them, which was a hassle. Also, unlike what booking.com said, Wi-Fi was free, not paid.

Breakfast in morning can get kinda busy. The waffle makers always create traffic and because it takes a few minutes, should be moved so it's not in the way. Bring your own pillow. They are excessively soft and you need 2 or 3 for better support

Next door to a pharmacy. Pool was nice and the front desk unlocks the door to keep track of who enters the pool.

The road to go in was half blocked with cement. It wasn’t well lit and hard to see at night how to enter from the main road.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options. It was the perfect location for us as we were in town for a wedding at Stonefield Estates.

The only thing was that the air conditioner in the room is very noisy. Other than that, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The breakfast was delicious. Great selection of food. The waffles, eggs, home fries and sausages were amazing, plus all the other food items. Truly a wonderful breakfast!

Honestly everything was delicious. Perhaps extending the breakfast time till at least 10:00am from 9:30am would be good.
